Myself and my wife have stayed here many times. It's reasonable priced (£50 a night is very cheap by London standard's) The rooms are clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The location is excellent, it's about a 5 minute walk to the shops and a 10 minute walk to the train/tube station.
Would recommend this for a hotel in London.

350£ (1 night/ 2 adults) for the most disgusting place ever Don’t even think of coming here!! Place smelled like wine, cigarettes The room was not clean We had bedbugs The staff was rude We were basically running away from that place We couldn’t even lock the room The bathroom was dirty We couldn’t sleep not even an hour The neighborhood is loud Please stay away from this hotel and their “sister hotels” too It’s not even cheap It’s not safe We couldn’t exist in the room without the windows open

This is the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. The service was so poor! We got told at 1am in the morning after getting back from a festival that we had to move rooms by 11am that day as they had renovation plans, why put us in that room in the first place?! Then persisted to knock on the door 5 times that morning asking are we ready to go yet. Then we moved, only to find its 2 floors up and the lift is broken (of which we had no help with our bags). Then the following morning someone pushes the key out the door and tries to come in the room, of which we wasn’t ready! Didn’t even knock! Then the £50 they took as a deposit was then revealed it takes 1 month to come back to us after telling us the day we got there it’s 3-5 working days. Honestly staff are so rude and the experience was awful! Do not spend your money here !

Awful hotel, sent us to a second cheaper hotel after they had electrical problems who in turn sent us to a separate premises which was clearly some sort of sheltered accommodation / half way house. No advertised amenities, exposed plumbing, no Wi-Fi, no working tv, blacked out back window, awful bed, pillows so thin we could fold them. Awful, awful experience from start to finish.

Poor Service This hotel is really poor with bed bugs and even the mf security guards accept it and still can’t help. They had said that several rooms had this issue and cannot swap rooms. From pillow covers to the carpet , bed bugs are everywhere. The staff were really rude . This place is very dusty and filthy and needs to be cleaned and they can’t afford a robotic vacuum that they use a normal vacuum and don’t even clean the carpet properly which makes it more unhygienic. Please bring the exterminators and pest control.

This hotel is in Ilford, even though a 2star rating, the room was exceptional, clean and big, I had to have an extended stay at the hotel and had no problem with extending my stay. The added advantage of this hotel is that you have parking facilities, with parking available at the front and in the onsite car park. The reception staff were all very friendly and polite.... I personally say that when people come and argue with them for no reason, they can only do so much yet people expect miracles. B'fast is included in the price, but for me personally it was too early, so didn't have any there, the house cleaning is done on a daily basis, with bed linen changed at least twice a week. There are several shops and a pub short walking distance away, The reception is available 24/7 and there is no restrictions as to what time you have to come and go. Overall had a pleasant stay for the duration.

Needs renovating. Too old and dirty, poles missing on the stairs which is a massive health and safety hazard. Used tape to tie the carpet down. Everything seems far too bob and cutting corners. Staff were ok but the building needs work.

I will avoid this hotel in the future. Staff is not friendly, almost they are not happy to see they have a customer. The furniture in the room almost fall apart. Mould in the bathroom, shower not working properly. Is nothing like in the pictures. This places should be fined for false publicity and customers should receive at least a partial refound for not getting what they are paying for. Not going there anymore and i would advice everyone to avoid this Hotel
