Stayed 4 days there for a metal festival in Guildford, this hotel has to be one of the nicest I've ever been to for it's price. Our room had an a/c unit and a kettle with two tea bags already provided. The bed was comfortable and the staff was super chill. A very good experience and I would absolutely book a night at premier inn again.

Very good, as you expect. Beds really comfortable. Only negative, you can hear every footstep from the room above. Plus the Aircon turns itself off but at least it's environmentally friendly.

The hotel is close to Guildford Town Center. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food at the Beefeater was good quality and served quickly. I was very pleased with my room, the bed was comfortable and the room, including the bathroom was clean and warm. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the tap on the bath and shower worked in the opposite way. When you thought you were cooling down the water you were actually heating it up. This could be a real issue for someone with a disabilities which resulted is a loss of feeling, and given that I was in an accessable room a real issue. I would stay there again.

My dad and mom were regular guests at this Premier Inn as they would stay whenever my mom was having chemotherapy.

Recently I stayed there with my dad after my mom passed away. The kindness, compassion and genuine care shown by all the staff from the reception team to the restaurant team was nothing short of incredible.

We would like to thank all the staff at Premier Inn Guildford North Parkway for every single kindness you showed us, including the beautiful card you gave my dad.

If you are considering staying here I can say with confidence the staff genuinely care you have a good stay and they will ALWAYS go the extra mile for you!!

The room was OK. A typical Premier Inn room really. Clean, with a great bed. However, all the decor is beginning to look a bit tired and this hotel could do with a spruce up fairly soon.
What really let this location down was the state of the gents loos in the restaurant.
One was out of action with a broken seat and the other had a loose seat, stunk of wee and mould and had no soap in the dispenser.
I expect better from Premier in to be honest.
On the up side, the staff were helpful and friendly

The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.

This place is no longer any way near a standard of Premier Inn of the past!
Come to mention the Premier Inn,
They don't at any of the overpriced hotel rooms clean your room unless asked and it's a 24 hr "request"..
The heating is controlled by a main panel at reception meaning you don't have a constant temperature control for your room..

As we had a family room it would have been appreciated if we had enough mugs and glasses in the room. There were three of us in the room, but only 2 mugs and 2 glasses. Hot drinks for all of us due to the temperatures being so low would have been good🤦🏻‍♀️
