Fantastic hotel Bilal and Kim made me feel so welcome.
The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay here.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Great hospitality, I felt I could ask for anything and they were happy and able to help me.
Had a shower and a bath and really enjoyed a relaxed long bath.
Thank you for making my stay memorable.
Much needed relaxation and rest.

If you need wifi for your stay, please ensure you don't come to this guest inn. Rooms are neat and worth the price but no complimentary breakfast, I am not sure they have a gym, certainly no swimming pool, and no spa.
The Ac has no control.If you come on a Friday, smoke will choke you off at the entrance, but inside is free of the smell of smoke.
Sincerely I won't recommend this hotel to anyone with a serious assignment.

We checked in to this hotel with my partner. The first night was absolutely catastrophic I couldn’t sleep the air conditioning was not working and we opened the window and that did not help either. The next day a gentleman at the reception named Bilal was one of the most helpful people I have met in the hospitality sector although this is just a bed and breakfast hotel his customer service skills were similar of a five star hotel. He assisted us in changing rooms. Offered a refund for the night we didn’t sleep well and made sure there was soap in our shower as the previous room did not have this. I was going to leave a negative review but because of Bilal’s excellent customer service it changed my mind completely. We need more people like him who help customers when they are unhappy.

I would say the worst travelodge iv stated in parking in a hgv is a nightmare to maneuver in that carpark, the carpet in this hotel is alive with Bacteria & grubby.
I ask for an ironing board & iron the ironing board was bent in position you couldn't open it so I bent the opening mechanism back the way it should operates so I could use it , overall I would say this is the worst one iv stated in.

Worst travelodge I've ever stayed in. Carpets are filthy throughout the hotel.
Mucky glasses I was offered two small glasses for a pint as they had none in. With only 3-4 people in. No bowls for breakfast was given staffs bowls. Big Rats outside running about the rubbish they leave in a little lock up with no bins.

On my visit the lady on reception Tina made me welcome and informed me on breakfast time and a question I asked about the area. Tidy bedroom and slept very well.

I was staying here for almost 6 months until I was thrown out. I came back to the hotel to find my property in the office when they could of kindly asked me to remove my own property.
I was eating my breakfast that morning until a member of staff stormed over aggressive and continously called me a rude word. There was other customers with there children present, so with that I didn't entertain it. Furthermore, when I tried to leave the establishment she tried locking the doors so I couldn't leave that's how threatened she felt by me!!! I went through the emergency exit. This issue stemed from the incident with her daughter who stole my takeaway 2 months prior where that situation was resolved. My council has paid travelodge 20,000 for me to reside here they are using people homeless circumstances to treat them how they feel.
I felt uncomfortable staying here for a long time, there was also issues of cleaning my room sometimes I would have to do myself although which this service is paid for, won't allow customers to use cutlery and plates/bowls that was an issue, and when I had parcel delivered a staff member would act that she don't know what I'm talking about.
I would avoid this place the customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional and there management is just as poor she said I know who her people are when I approached her with these issues. Also the member of staff have used instagram to try and contact myself and someone I know. I've also approached head office about this but they seem to condone this behaviour from members of staff, so I would suggest you could potentially be in danger and I wouldn't feel safe to stay here as there is no duty to the public. If I could give minus stars I would that's how strongly I feel about this.
I would stay in premier inn instead they treat there customers with respect, always friendly with people also knock my door to see if I need the room cleaning or need towels etc. Don't question who's on my booking aslong as it don't exceed the amount of people that can stay in the room. Allow me to use cutlery and plates and there establishment is more professional and clean. TRAVELODGE are an embarrassment!!!!!

The room was very clean, the food is quite nice and the staff are extremely helpful. would recommend staying here, the staff helped us throughout our stay.
