Had a pleasant time staying here. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly, particularly Sabina, which made a huge difference to the experience. The car park is on the ninth floor so a bit of a nuisance to drive the car up and down 9 floors but the location was very good so if using public transport this won't be an issue

Great for 1/2 nights away when staying in London. Local to public transport and great food spots. I have stayed here on a few occasions, recently 2 weeks ago. Sandrine was extremely helpful and accommodating, thanks for a great stay

Staff are very unprofessional and rude. Had the Cleaning staff leave all the equipment in the room and beds out of their places. Asked for a change of bed sheets in which they said they will do it, never did at the end had to change them ourselves. Never replaced dirty cups. And receptionist staff are uncooperative. Also when asking a query about hotel services staff says that it is not their job! At one point had the vending machine eat our money and when asking if the machine is out of order, staff said it is not their problem!

Horrible hotel! First time staying at a travelodge and never again. Hotel room was spacious enough but the bedsheets and covers had stains on them. Bathroom was semi clean. In de hall ways you would find water leaking from the ceilings. This hotel has 2 elevators which one of them was out of order on my arrival day and the second elevator was also not working after 3 days i arrived. Having my family with me that couldn't walk stairs this was as you can imagine a bad experience. Luckily they could move us downstairs and we could use the parkinglot elevator thats attached to the hotel to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel staff my gosh were so horrible and rude. I would recommend travelodge either to hire decent staff or some sort training for the staff on how to be friendly towards customers. Only the indian woman and the one of the manger im guessing indian aswell were nice and customer friendly.
Area is pretty good! 2 minutes walking distance and you will find alot of shops, supermarket, bus stops, restaurants, shopping mall, parking lot and a cinema attached to the hotel.

Worst experience!!!!!. Booked 3 nights and booked an early check in on Friday meaning we payed extra money. When we reached travellodge we asked for our rooms as it was 12pm and they said they didn’t have any rooms available we left without saying anything, came back 2 hours later and we still had to wait another hour for one room. Finally getting the room it smelt horrible, the bathrooms were dirty bad smelling towels absolutely disgusting. They had a lift that stopped working and 5 people got stuck in a lift for 30 mins including my two family members, because of this incident the manager said she’ll offer us a voucher but didn’t hear anything about it after.

The day we were checking out, one of the managers( a male), just barged into the room without making sure if someone is actually in the room or not taking into account we were all females in the room. Such inappropriate behavior by the managers themselves, had the cleaners banging the doors.

It’s on the edge. Arrived after 9pm.
Free parking in the multi-storey next door between 5pm - 9am which is a plus, entrance to the hotel is on the 9th floor. Lots of reviews saying cars had been broken into but mine was intact the next morning.

Nice welcome from reception… Had someone constantly trying to get into my room, the 4th time they brought the receptionist to open the door and they still wouldn’t believe it was mine. 🤔 disturbed sleep after that.

Room typical of the early Travelodge style and is need of a facelift and there was a slight smell in the room but nothing a spay of Lynx didn’t fix.

Next time I would pay more and stay in the Ilford Gants Hill Travelodge.

Only there one night so up early and off to the job.

More of a hostel - staff stealing food from government funded meals for childrenManager very unprofessional and spiteful (Moh) who also barged into room whilst undressed with 3 children and demanded I left after I complained. This hotel is a rundown hostel, mostly funded by the council. Staff are disgusting and rude would never stay again, even if paid. Mould, stains on beds, no change of sheets after 1 month. Absolutely filthy!

- Reception is not manned at all times, but someone showed up as and when called on the mobile
- Bathroom not very clean, doesn't have shower gel or shampoo, only hand wash was available
- Drinking water is not available (other than the bathroom taps)
- Doesn't have mini fridge in the room
- Checkout time is 12 PM, I was back from shops at 12-05 and my key was disabled, I had to wait 10 mins at the reception (as no one was there) to reactivate
- Room cleaner was extremely rude, kept knocking even if "Don't Disturb" is placed on the door
- Kept insisting on cleaning the room even though I was about to check out
- Entered the room without permission, my luggage was still in the room
- Since there was a delay in getting the key from the reception, the cleaner was extremely upset with me that I did not check out at 12 pm sharp, he started yelling at me at 12-20
- Overall not a great experience for the price £177 for two nights
