Hilton London Syon Park

Visited Hilton Syon Park for a Spa weekend. The spa facilities were fantastic, a lovely heated pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. We spent around 2 hours in the spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff we came across were so very pleasant and helpful We did not dine at the restaurant but enjoyed some drinks at the bar which had a nice ambience. The decor throughout the hotel is luxurious but not over the top. Grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful and away from the hustle & bustle. Thank you team for your hospitality. It’s a thumbs up from me.

This was a great place for a spa day for my wife and I. She decided to share her spa day with me for our anniversary. We had a great time here I especially liked the jacuzzi but we used the sunna, the steam room and the pool. The staff were really helpful and guided us to where we needed to be. The massage was an experience that you won't forget. This isn't a cheap experience but we think you should spend on yourself now and then and get the best for yourself.

Arrived on 5/8/22 to attend wedding reception , finished late 2am. Fire alarms start ringing 5am (false alarm ) for nearly half hour . Almost zero sleep , again fire alarm at 9am (more of a wake up call and push to get us out of the hotel for 11am) refused late checkout , told them I had 3 hour drive back to home . No offer of refund at checkout , felt we were thrown out as hotel was fully booked for another wedding party . You don’t treat guests like this especially if you have paid to relax/sleep and was disturbed entire night through no fault but the hotel . Very difficult drive back as shattered due to lack of sleep .

Very welcoming staff and friendly and attentive.
Would have been beautiful grounds but the hot weather has laid waste to that.

It is a shame children can't use the pool maybe there could be a limited time period where they could use it.

Had dinner which was exceptional and we absolutely loved our room.

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful property a few days ago. Welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel, always. Rooms are spacious with access to the beautiful grounds from our favourite family room on the ground floor. Yawa who checked us in was lovely, sorted out an issue we had in the room with no hesitation which was much appreciated. Had a few drinks in the bar, we were served by Jamie who is so friendly, always serving with a smile and going out of her way for guests.
Breakfast as always was lovely but the kids missed their blueberry muffins which we haven’t seen the last few times we’ve visited. Tina at breakfast welcomed us back, her customer service is second to none.

It’s so nice to visit such a beautiful hotel and also have such lovely staff, great hospitality.
Would love to use the spa, maybe a family friendly hour where kids can use it now that covid restrictions are lifted!

My daughter booked a room at your hotel for 9th September for my birthday. I had a really relaxing time in the spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. It was excellent facilities and the pool was great, as it was chest height throughout as I am a little bit scared of deep water. I the staff were polite, smiley, and treated us well. I wished I could've spent another day there…as it was so nice, with beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to enjoy the plush green. However, I intend on coming back again in November for my daughter's birthday. A nice surprise for her, as she frequented your hotel on her own, last year!

By the way, the breakfast buffet, was sumptuous and the choice was amazing. A little gem in the heart of West London.

Just Stayed 2 nights. King bed with view. Perfect. I enjoyed my time. Especially Thank You Yawa and David in the reception! Can't wait to leave a good review. Honestly the best hotel i have stayed in UK. stayed one night before came here in Richmond Hill Hotel, you can tell the deference. Large sized nicely decorated, quite room. I like the bathroom too. Nice bar, I heard they have lots of facilities but didn't have time to use it Good breakfast, polite greetings, free parking. Definitely Will come again!

Booked 2 rooms as a last minute booking and was totally surprised when I arrived.

Lovely hotel set in gorgoues grounds with free parking and greeted by a really lovely pleasant lady on reception.
The rooms were upgraded without asking as I am a diamond member.
The rooms where lovely and spacious overlooking pools and the glass green house of Syon House.
We had a meal in Mood the hotel restaurant which was really nice and served by great staff.
Was really nice to return from a busy day in London to a peaceful hotel (apart from planes passing overhead but then what do you expect being in London) would definitely stay again.
