Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport

Clean, decent rooms. Rooms size moderate. Could be better. The washrooms were good with a bath tub and hot water all through the day. 100-125£ a night depending on the season. Considering the location the price is fairly ok.
The beds were super comfy! WiFi connectivity pretty decent .
The staff were polite and helpful. Best part of the stay, the breakfast variety. Loved it.
I expect a complimentary water bottle after each room service but shame they don't give out any!
Room service has to be scheduled, not daily available.
The location is ideal, right across the bus stop.

they provide every day room cleaning just need to tell reception only once that i need room cleaning daily which most of UK hotel dont provide it after COVID time period.

Breakfast is excellent.

Has paid parking for 15 pound daily for overnight parking which is too much.

This place was great!! First of all shout out to all the staff that was so professional and willing to help with our group of like 60 people who were staying there!! Service was good, breakfast was good, room service was clutch. Rooms were cleaned every day (unless you didn't want it). The location is phenomenal. Close to the airport if you need to be and a quick 30-40 minutes to get to anywhere in downtown London.

Great hotel near the airport. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check out. Food is okay. However, the hotel does seem a bit rundown. You can see chips on the doors and some furniture was a bit dusty. I was also surprised that there was no smart TV in a 4 star hotel in 2022. Overall a positive experience though. Would stay here again.

The only good thing I can say about this dump is that it is close to the airport. The staff were nice enough, but none of them were terribly helpful. They claim to offer shuttle service from train stations which you can call to arrange, so when I boarded my train in Bath I phoned them, and then was put on hold for the entirety of my train ride. They also say they offer a shuttle to the airport, but they charge for it and it takes 30 minutes - despite the fact that the airport is literally across the street. They had water bottles in the room, but they didn't put them in the refrigerator, which sat empty. The restaurant was horrible and overpriced. I ordered a starter of bread and butter for £4, and got three thin pieces of toast and a lump of butter. For my main, I got a margherita pizza, on which were several slices of soggy tomato and what appeared to be a single leaf of basil that had been torn into 5 or 6 tiny shreds. (See photo below.) Their website brags that they offer views of Heathrow. Well, my room looked over some kind of ugly storage sheds or warehouses. (Again, see photo.) To top it all off, someone set off their fire alarm in the middle of the night. All in all, the entire experience made me feel as if all they cared about was getting as much money from me as possible, while offering as few services as possible. If you need a place to sleep for a few hours close to Heathrow, it is serviceable. Barely. Otherwise avoid.

This hotel was okay. The breakfast was good. Rooms were quite small and the bathroom in need of some tlc. For Globalists there were no real advantages except for late checkout. The staff was friendly but did not go above and beyond. Overall a good place to lay your head after a long flight but not the best place for a long term stay.

Stayed at the Hyatt 4 years ago and it was perfect.
Was in area (November 8th 22) so thought try the Hyatt.
So happy I did, Very friendly staff, excellent service.
Excellent room, exceptionally clean and quiet.
Excellent food.
Short bus or shuttle ride to the hotel.
Highly recommend this Hotel.

My daughter and I really really enjoyed how calm and peaceful the rooms were. They are set up and such a highly functional manner and the color scheme is beautiful. The room was more than enough space for us and the bathroom was spectacular. We did not have the opportunity to eat while there but this is a perfect one or two-night stay very close to the airports and if you are a Hyatt member from a points perspective it's a great deal. The staff was absolutely phenomenal so helpful and so genuine
