St Simeon Hotel

Well I don't know the history of this hotel, but nowadays services are perfect. Once you enter this house you get smiley faces and welcoming everywhere. I some guests says that it's small but in my opinion it's big enough. And the breakfast already counted in a prize? I didn't have that good breakfast a long time. So final result? It has some mistakes, but in a fact of how much positives there are, it's perfect for you to stay there

Our favorite hotel in London! Budget friendly small hotel in a great area of town. We had the family room with a loft that sleeps six that has a nicely remodeled bathroom with large shower. The hotel offers free full English or continental breakfast. The dining room downstairs is open for use during the day and you can bring back food and use the microwave and kettles (free coffee and hot cocoa). Has a small lift and will store luggage. There are two grocery stores nearby and easy access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly line tubes. Walking distance to Hyde Park and museums and Earls Court area for great dining options. Will return and highly recommend!

Such a great place. Family owned. The owner and staff is so friendly. Great food. Wonderful location. It fit our family of 4 kids no problem. We will be back for sure.

Was a little nervous about booking because of the low average reviews, but my friend and I had a great experience here. The room was small, but the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was small but tasty. It was a good value for what we paid and the neighborhood we were in.

I really recommend this hotel! Firstly it's in a great area od London, quiet at night, close to 3 tube lines, and with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes around. Secondly the staff are lovely! We had a late flight out of London and the man on reception printed off our boarding passes and let us check out later. Thirdly there's free hot and cold breakfast which is amazing and you get access to a microwave, sink, toaster and kettle 24/7. Rooms are quite small and can be cold but the heater heats it up rather quickly and the shower had great water pressure. Honestly this place is great, especially for the price so book it!

For the price, this is pretty decent. This is located in South Kensington, which looks like a suburban area. It's very quiet at night. The rooms are very tiny and extremely cold. I went in winter and it feels like the rooms trap the cold lol. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is surely the highlight of the stay. It's a full English breakfast and it's complimentary on top of the stay.

The hotel is about 5-10mins from the Tube which is pretty convenient. There are some food places and pharmacies and convenience stores at the station. Overall, it's okay for a budget and short stay.
