Avoid like the plague. Find some where else to stay worse place.First hour of being there where two men on stairwell doing drugs and play loud music. Apartment dirty and dusty. pull out bed my child said on and a big dust cloud came out of it. Beds not as described. Place was not even close to pictures not as shown in description. Will post what we found. Called owner about problem and she said she doesn't allow that in her building. She's wrong. Especially when she has no where near the place and has no one present to look over place after hours. She sent a women over in the morning about 8 hours after our complaint and she just open door no knock or nothing. Handed us a phone so the owner could apologize. she said I'm sorry you have a bad experience but I will take care of it. We said no the place is dangerous and not secure we want to leave. She said no you will not get a refund. We told her we will pay for the one night and move to a new place. She refused a refund. I told her I will have to take it up with Expedia. I moved to a new place and enjoyed my stay in London after that.
