Park Grand Hotel

The first thing we were meet with with a very unpleasant first desk worker with no manner. After getting the room is wasn't clean properly and had a odd scent. And there is no help with your bags, Breakfast was ok and the staffs there was nice. The room doesn't come with decaffeinated coffee and the refrigerator didn't work. Overall it's not a kids friendly hotel. After spending 4 nights the same first desk worker called at 12:02 to ask if we aren't coming out the room. I will never stay here again. Was thinking to come back and stay my last 4 night but a gas station motel might be better than here.

As a regular guest.. I couldn’t give something less than 5 stars. Great staff, very clean, really quiet (even though is on the main road )… every time i feel really welcome ❤️

Had a lovely weekend here. Easy to book, lovely checkin, very helpful staff. Beautifully clean rooms (I am very picky) Could not have been more helpful. Only draw back is for someone who can't eat spicy food the menu was limited to salad or burger and chips. That being said, would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again.

One of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time, especially after a long flight. Check in was seamless, bed comfy and room spotless. Will definitely stay again in future.

The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value.
The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well.

Went in just to eat from the buffet. Everything main was good such as lamb curry. Some of the starters were very ordinary such as mini spring rolls which aren't anywhere and good as full size from a Chinese restaurant but still okay

Went for afternoon tea with Groupon. Parked easily, staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely, so many cakes we couldn't finish them.

Roo.s were very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Restaurant staff also very friendly and welcoming.
Parking is limited and paid for. A little far if you need to be in the city, but easy access the tube station is less than 10 minutes wall away.
