Very nice rooms that were well sound proofed and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Would have got 5 stars of they provided their own shuttle service. The standard one was awful ... try to share a taxi instead would be my advice.

Very clean comfortable place near the airport had 2 rooms very neat clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent and even though rest of the family missed breakfast they offered to fix something for the kids. Very modern looking and kind staff and professional and a nice bar and restaurant area. Will stay again!

Room are ok and clean. Warning: hiding fees. They don't have a free Shuttle from hotel to Airport. It's a public transportation and charges are 6 £ per person. And it's hours between rides. Taxi charges are 17 £ per 3 adults. Breakfast they charge 12 - 13 £ per person. There is a Restaurant inside. I personally didn't like it at all, but if you like India kitchen is good for you. Employees are around 90% (if not 100%) from India. But they where nice and helpful.

The reception team at this hotel are amazing, from the time we arrived to departure, they were polite, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to commend them highly for being so amazing.
The food was delicious piping hot and freshly made - flavours were incredible. Restaurant and bar staff were polite and attentive.
Our room was cleaned to perfection - kudos to housekeeping, with everything we needed such as TV, tea/coffee making facilities, lovely spacious en-suite and a very comfortable bed.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we had 2 nights here due to flight changes, but would absolutely stay again next time we are flying from Heathrow

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was just an alcove off by the bed which was a bit weird, no privacy could be a problem for some. (The toilet had a door but the shower opened straight into the room.) Great location, easy to get all over the city using convenient public transport. The few members of staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I had an overnight layover and wanted to see the city. The staff was courteous and helpful. Vincent gave me good instructions and directions. Walking through the hotel to my room, though, the whole place smelled like poo. My room too. It smelled like some kind of sewer/septic malfunction. I left my window open so it was much better when I came back in.

Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport.
Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly.
Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.

Such great value for money, great staff, comfy beds and good food.
The only downside is the TV is a bit outdated so there is only freeview channels, and no ability to screen mirror from your own device. Also, the room walls were quite thin so we could hear a few neighbors.
Overall though, we slept well and it was brilliant experience. We would defiantly come back and would recommend.
