Premier Inn Chesterfield Town Centre hotel

Clean rooms, spacious and had everything needed, service was good, auto check in and key collection always a bonus, only side was the speed of food service, the staff were helpful and courteous but food times slowed it down. Location in center of town is great and secure car park for £6.50 for 24hrs/overnight (so not too bad) is just 1 min walk down the street.

Service was beyond words. Cannot thank Marie enough for all her hard work, helpfulness and general being a super human being. Breakfast was fab, bed comfy and central location. Really highly recommend everything about the place

The only thing that I had a problem with,
22.25 pm glass bottles being emptied in to bins outside. Wed 5th October. Waking me up. But that was only once apart from that one time I enjoyed my stay.

Lights in the rooms don't work without the key card in the slot near the door, so if your a family and 1 wants to nip out, you all have to go or be in the dark.
Nice comfy, king-size beds, a bit tall for me. Nice spacious room, we stayed in a family room, we had a king-sized bed n a single bed for my son. Nice artwork.

Good location for the shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms are in need of redecorating. Only problem with staying here is that people who bring young children just seem to allow them to run the full length of the corridor and it's quite annoying to be honest. This should be stopped because when you are going out of the door of the room you are in these children just continue to run up and down. It's a accident waiting to happen.

The service was absolutely wonderful as was the breakfast and all the staff. And especially Lydia and the team thank you for your lovely hospitality. It’s been a pleasure to stay here. You made our evening and morning that extra special. Many thanks .

Wonderful, comfortable room.
Bathroom massive, everything you need for disabled people.
I mistakenly pressed button in the bathroom for help and soon after a first aid lady and another lady came to give assistance.
I apologised profusely and they were so kind to me.

Lovely hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of parking close by, about 5 mins walk from the hotel itself. You can't park directly outside the hotel however due to one way systems.

Definitely would stay here again when I'm in the area.
