So, let me get the “negative” stuff out of the way… They had a problem with the sewerage works that made the lift area smell awful, because of this the car park was closed, which wasn’t advertised. We did manage to park in the train station next door and it worked out cheaper tbf.
Now the good stuff… I mentioned we were staying for my son’s birthday weekend and were visiting chessington world (about 13mins drive) When we arrived at the room there were balloons and a packet of biscuits and a pack of sweets with a card addressed to my son. That was a really sweet gesture, thanks Sarah and team xx
No complaints regarding the room, good size and clean.
The staff were lovely, Eddie was outstanding! Couldn’t do enough for us, warmed the pancakes in a morning, took an interest in our day, made us feel super welcome.
Breakfast and the burgers we had were great, no complaints.
We will definitely be back!!

The rooms were really good and service not bad too. The only problem was its way outside London. There day we landed, we left Kings cross station in an Uber and the drive took almost 3 hours (2 hrs 55 mins to be precise) as the location is way too far from local sight seeing spot... this was not very well highlighted and visitors can definitely miss out , if there are tube/train strikes.. But apart from this, the place was decent and staff courteous.

On arrival we were upgraded to an accessible (we had a wheelchair) room at no extra charge, staff was very accommodating, very friendly and personable. It seemed as though they bent over backwards just to keep us comfortable. The room was very clean and bright. If given the opportunity we will be back. Thanks again from Nikki and Gregg. The only downside is that's Tolworth station is not wheelchair accessible, thankfully there is different ways around that.

A very clean and comfortable hotel, surprisingly quiet considering how close to the A3 and the railway station it is. My room was facing both of these and they didn't disturb me at all, and I'm a light sleeper. Room was very clean and comfortable with all the normal fittings you would expect in a Premier Inn. Parking is under the hotel and I managed to get a space every day without any problem. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast served everyday. Will definitely consider this hotel again when I next work in the area.

We stay there frequently and it's really good value if you book well in advance. Been to there restaurant downstairs a few times and always another hiccup, always takes forever to get service and then takes forever to actually get the food you have ordered. Other than that the rooms are great and the beds are comfortable.

Firstly Rachel helped me with a problem I had at another premier inn. She’s excellent! I actually know her from somewhere else and after no luck sorting a problem at the other premier inn she helped me solve my problem. Excellent service from her! Room comfy and fairly clean. Bit pricey but I would stay there again. Tea and coffee in room. Cleaner disturbed me (no sign to hang on door). Towels seem ok but I used my own as their towels too small and hard. Had a restaurant/bar area. You could get more tea, coffee, milk etc at reception but nobody there at reception. Room not bad but no ventilation. Outside area for smoking but no shelter if raining. Can’t say what food is like as didn’t order as they only had £25 meal deal. Room not bad. Shower could do with better toiletries instead of a hair and body wash combo. Would visit again if had no other option. Rachel made my stay comfortable. Cannot compliment her enough. Excellent service from her!

The 5 stars are for the staff, who are outstanding. They're generous with their information and level of service. The parking experience is quite daunting, it's basically a narrow route underground, which is supposed to be used by two way traffic. The car park is pretty smelly when you get there.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn London Tolworth hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance to many popular attractions.
