Premier Inn Gravesend (A2/Singlewell) hotel

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was disappointed that breakfast is not available there or at the nearby pub. The room was very hot, but an electric fan was provided which helped. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room Although unfortunately prices have risen massively as with everything else, friendly and helpful staff and an ideal Brands Hatch!

Staff very helpful and friendly, made the stay very pleasant. The rooms are in need of a little TLC and renew, as is looking rather tired in several ways. Don't get me wrong, our room was clean and we would stay again.

It's a premier inn, they're all pretty much the same.
The hotel itself is feeling a bit tied and in need of a refresh. Elements in the room, heater scratched and damaged, Air Con didn't seem to work, extractor fan on the wall seemed to be really old and was damaged, finally the TV was very small for the size of the room.
But with all of that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Best premier in I've ever stayed at lovely team and quality service.

Excellent stop over location. Outstanding staff, friendly, welcoming and considerate.

The staff were excellent, especially Michelle, Debbie & Bella, they were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was good, very comfortable bed. I will definitely stay again.

I love a premier Inn usually but not the branch.
Shabby and worn , this place needs bringing up to the same standard as most of the other branches I use . It's cheap ( bonus ) but it's cheap for a reason.
