OYO Tamworth Arms Boutique Pub & Hotel

Stayed here few weeks ago. Amazing Hotel, food is even better and the staff are brilliant. The room I stayed in was nicely furnished and even had a mini fridge which was brilliant. Something you hardly find in a number of hotels these days. The Chef’s food was as great as his sense of humour. All round one of the best hotel experience I’ve had while working away in a different city. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

We ( 6 of us) recently stayed for 2 nights - we had 3 rooms booked. All rooms were lovely and clean with beautiful décor. The shower was great. The staff are lovely - very pleasant and friendly. Restaurant food also beautiful - a real varied menu. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my night here. The bed was very comfortable and it was very modern. I was not too happy about the room size for the price as it was described as a deluxe. I wasn't to keen on the breakfast offering and felt uncomfortable stood in a small space where everyone has to get by in the morning.

The pub and hotel has been renovated to a high standard. The room was lovely with air conditioning. We did not have the opportunity to eat in the pub but friends tell us the food is very good with a West meets East theme.

Excellent hotel for a short stay. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The food in the bar is superb. The bar/restaurant gets very busy, good idea to book a table. Only comment - my room was a bit small but the bathroom/shower was great.

I cannot express how good the Tamworth Arms is! Beautifully kept in every way, well set out so you can enjoy your meal with plenty of room for your elbows. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful especially the manager Jason who is a warm friendly and welcoming gent. The food is to die for and I can recommend the Tamworth mixed grill, though you need a healthy appetite to fit it all in!

Cheap & cheerful but really clean tidy rooms, breakfast could have a cooked option but what they had was nice. Excellent value for money and practically next door to the Snowdome, which is why we were there. Excellent value for money and really tasty Indian food in the bar!! Would recommend.

The place is bare nice in all fairness but unfortunately the manager, not gonna name names however, kicked us out and refused service because she didn’t like us outside the pub. I personally have never been and only spent around 3 minutes in there without a single drop of alcohol, very disappointing. Again to reiterate, my first time in the pub and i’ve already been barred for simply looking after people’s belongings.
