Location is great but I feel it comes at too much of a premium just for being 'Close' to Heathrow especially if you have no interest or need for the Airport.

Other than that the room was lovely, the air conn unit was a life saver in this heatwave!

I arrived late due to work and liked that the staff called me to make sure. The staff on the desk were great whenever I interacted with them.

Stayed for business and would stay again.

... hard to park depending what times you're turning up due to the influx of Gym users.

Fabulously friendly staff must be the 1st thing to write!
Then we can get down to the room with burnt carpet. With ripped chair upholstery. With doors that slam (every one!).
And be aware: this is not a place for an extended stay if you want the room/bathroom/loo cleaned more than once every SEVEN days. They offer to "refresh towels tea/coffee and bins" but don't make a mess you cannot live with for a week. Or have a change of bedding.
If only all this was explained on the booking portal...

One of the better travelodge's I have stayed in, staff very helpful. Room was good, although not the room I had booked & paid for in advance, but I can't grumble at the room.
Location is good if you fancy a breathe of fresh air and a walk. If the Travelodge menu doesnt float your boat try the Orangey next door

I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .

Terrible security and management. We had staff vehicles broken into and tools stolen; not to mention other vehicles on the site having the same during the following two weeks we were there. A security hut at the entrance along with security cameras does absolutely nothing. From what we hear, this is ongoing and nothing has been put in place to help prevent it. A hot spot for theft. Fire alarms being set off by undesirable guests between 12 and 3am - staff unable to manage the people. Drunk fights in the little hotel bar.

Needless to say we won’t be putting our workforce back in this hotel. Absolutely awful.

It’s not travelogical - it’s the worst choice you will make so far this year.

Great location. Rooms quite small but clean and well presented. Breakfast basic and dining area a little congested. Overall good value for money stay.

Priti Patel is one of the worst hotel managers I've come across in the hospitality industry. She doesn't know proper customer service skills, extremely rude, dominating, cunning, manipulative and controlling. I'm surprised how other employees put up with her. Knows only how to moan and groan when in fact the job she does is far more relaxed and chilled out than elsewhere ! If the other employees decide to leave, I won't be surprised. People don't often leave their jobs, they leave their managers. Rooms are small than other Travelodge hotel branches. Seems like homeless people are put in here by the council and you'll find long term residents here with dogs in the room too ! She manipulatively coerces people to write positive reviews about herself and the hotel ! Avoid this Travelodge branch at all costs !

Do not stay at this hotel unless your willing to accept additional charges for parking. If you are a contractor with vans & equipment the parking is not suitable as it shares the parking with other facilities & your likely to have to park away from the hotel to which you will get Charged for the inconvenience. The hotel wrongly states free parking, it is not free when you have to pay a parking charge notice of £100 to which travelodge will not reimburse you.
The customer service of the hotel & customer service dept is the most disgraceful experience I've ever had to endure from any service provider I've been using for my business in 15 years, shocking to say the least.
Goodbye Travelodge, I will take my business somewhere else perhaps Premier Inn.
