Good hotel. Staff is polite, helpful and cheerful. Hot water, tea and coffee available 24/7, as well as a microwave. There is breakfast in the morning if you pay additional price, looked tasty.
Rooms are cool, place is quiet. Bath door is mate glass and there is a mirror in front of it so keep that in mind when traveling with a companion.

Very good service! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Just a walk away from tube. The lady behind the desk at reception was very welcoming and polite and went out her way to make sure all my needs were met! Will be staying again! Great service!

Very pleasent surprise after reading some of the reviews on line. Helpful friendly staff free tea and coffee in reception. Hairdryer supplied if needed. Room small but very clean. Good enough for a night's sleep. Food and drink weatherspoons 5 minutes walk away. Would stay again if the need arose. Parking available.

An averagely decent hospital located in Hounslow High Street. Hence easily accessible to major amenities like train and bus stations.
Also affordable for what they offer.
The hotel was clean.
The downside is this: the noise is unbearable. If you lodge here, you're very unlikely to catch any sleep. There's lots of noise coming from the corridors, people laughing and yelling at each other, banging doors, running and making loud noises. This happened all night (literarily from 10pm till 6am). I raised this with the hotel but they did not do anything about it (if they did, there was no effect). I wondered if the hotel was run as a hostel. Even a back packers hostel has more decency. It was horrible and unbearable. Other aspects of the hotel were good. But the noise was something else especially as I had important events to attend the next day. Hence I'll rate it very low.

I didn’t quite enjoy this hotel. Whilst it covers basic needs for one night stay, there is not such thing as a bathroom. There is a room basin, a shower and a separate very small room with a toilet. The temperature is really high and cannot be set per room. The area is convenient to have nearby shops but it is a little dangerous at night with some obvious drug movements. For one quick night - yes, no problem - but not any longer than that.

This place is a real jewel. Just loved it! Rooms are kept super clean each day. The staff is A++. They will go above board to help you in any way possible. Very close to airport added bonus. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Checked in late at night ready for an early morning flight from Heathrow. Staff on the check-in desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking was an extortionate £10 for £12 hours - meaning it would’ve been more cost effective to stay closer to the airport in a nicer hotel which included parking. Once we got into our room we were greeted with the smell of smoke - it smelt like someone had be chainsmoking cigarettes whilst making the bed - not pleasant at all. The room did not meet the expectations from photos on the website, resembling a prison rather than hotel. A budget hotel but 1 pillow is a bit stingy. Checkout in the morning was very quick and easy. I definitely would not stay here again.

Very decent hotel was pleasantly surprised. Was a quick and cheap 1 night stay. The room was big enough for 3 of us and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Bathroom was fairly sized and clean. Tea and coffee and kettle in the room and tv had all the channels needed. The woman on reception Tesni was very friendly and helpful, big thank you to her for accommodating us so well.
