With Premier Inn you know what you're getting as all Premier Inn are the same. They are clean, rooms are quite large with king sized beds. Bathrooms have a bath and shower with fresh, clean towels. Staff are efficient and friendly. The food is tasty and at a reasonable price.

Big place, plenty of parking and rooms are always well equipped with air con and clean. Breakfast next door was really nice and reasonable price. Reception service was a bit slow.

Good position, on main route Bournemouth to Christchurch/new forest/ everywhere. Clean rooms, reception friendly helpful, had a problem, kettle blew the electric trip, sorted immediately and new kettle. Rooms clean, comfortable. Table table next door A1, one of the best steaks I’ve had. Good meal, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, but overworked as need more people, overworked to keep costs down in my opinion, but they were very quick and pleasant. All in all top marks. It’s a premier not the Hilton.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn on several occasions and have always been happy with the service we received from Front of House staff to the Cleaning Staff. Special mention must go to Sharney who was very helpful from the moment we arrived and greeting us with a big smile whenever she saw us on the 3 days we were there. Sharnay is an asset to your company and we were very impressed with her.

All staff were nice, especially Petra, she was the lady who welcomed us on the reception, she is extremely polite and answered to all our questions that’s why we decided to give a review to say thank you to her and show appreciation that she made our stay comfortable. Waited for 3hrs for Christmas meal when it eventually arrived the food was cold with no gravy and the beef you could have soled your shoe with. Almost everyone complained.
