Sky Nights Hotel London Heathrow

The rooms are good and clean, comfortable but there is no refreshment provision beyond a very basic vending machine.
Location with respect to Heathrow was excellent, 9 minutes to T2 parking.

This is not a hotel! It is a property conversion with no lift and very clumsy stair case that is not suitable for any one with mobility issues.
I was asked to pick a room with shower or no shower! How ridiculous! This is not a standard question asked by a hotel, surely.

The location is right next to a petrol station- really dodge location!

The front door was locked and a man had to open the door for me.
On inspection of the room, I could not stay there and had to get an Uber to a real hotel for the night.
Despite not staying at the hotel, I was charged £72.
Please di not book this rubbish!

We booked around 7 pm and I messaged the hotel that we will arrive at around 1 am. I sent them multiple messages but they never replied me. The worst experience is the attitude of the person on call. We reached around 1 am and Receiption was closed. I called the number and person was so rude “ Sorry we are closed “ and hung up the phone. I’m a world traveler and this is the first time in my life I’ve had this kind of an experience. This was a cheap deal and now I can tell why It’s good to pay a little extra and go to a better hotel where staff members respect customers, and reply to messages. Next day at 12 pm they sent me a sorry message & check on policy, which I didn’t see at the time of booking ( it was not visible clearly).

Its a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds and room. Very helpful staff especially Usman. Free coffee on the reception. spotless rooms parking space available with cctv monitoring. would love to stay again here for sure. highly recommend.

Booked to stay here for 3 night's, on arrival there wasn't anyone at the desk had to wait outside in the car because it was raining, where we got told off for waiting there by the car cleaner. When someone did arrive we were taken to our room, only to find it has not been cleaned or made up. We were asked to come back in half an hour, on our return, we were shown to our room only to find its been made up, but they never changed the bedding what was there was dirty, stained and load's of small black hairs.

For the price that you pay you get extreme value for money. Easily as good or better than travel lodge's i have stayed in.
The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better

My personal opinion it appeared far better in advertisement on website, to only find it extremely unappealing. The parking is a joke and no lifts in the facility. The room was clean but overall the linen was dingy and curtains dusty. The room as a whole was clean, but not my taste. If traveling on a extreme budget it will do, but I would not recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and will recommend it, staff are very polite and ready to help, very easy check in and check out process, rooms are clean and its very close to a train station and lots of eateries.
