Stayed here for one night, car park is quite large but finding a space was a bit challenging, guy on reception was really nice and informative and the room i was in was a good size, clean and well presented. Needed to book a taxi and there's a phone in reception direct and free to a local service and also fresh fruit and bottled water and sweets for guests to have.
However...... prepaid for the breakfast and when we went down to eat were told no brekkie was available as there were no staff available to cook, was refunded the money but had to find an alternative place to eat.
Was really looking forward to having a full English but was served disappointment instead.

Took a little while for someone to greet us on reception. Room clean and a nice box of complimentary chocolates. Good shower and comfortable bed. No English breakfast available while we were there!

First room was terrible, Freezing cold, really strong smell of smoke and ash all in the window seal.

Second room was much better but it just doesn't feel up to the standard of other premier inns.

The staff were lovely and happy to sort any problem we had out.

Room a little tired but everything provided. Good insulation against noise as room faced main road. Problems in summer if ventilation needed.
Excellent breakfast choices, cooked to order. Good menu for lunch.

I left some valuables in the hotel and I was worried as they receptionist couldn’t find them and I had to travel 130 miles the following day. The manager JAMES went above and beyond by locking them in an area only he had access to so nothing could happen to them and even went as far as to come to the hotel to give them back to me after he had finished work. He used his own personal time to help me. This is beyond good customer service and he is definitely worthy of some recognition. James is a great manager and should be made a an example for others to follow. Thank you so much once again James.

I've been staying here on work once a month for the last 2 years. It's a consistent, solid premier inn hotel. Staff are lovely. James is a legend. None of the rooms I've been in so far have been haunted.

The rooms are clean, beds are lush , we had a great nights sleep.
The staff are friendly and caring, and it's right next to centre of Romford with everything a little walk away. I have no negative comments about this hotel , highly recommend.

After arriving and having stayed here on 3 occasions. We were put in the main building but were told the annex is for big groups yet we were told on other occasions that was for families. We were put on the 2nd floor right next to a door that everyone had to walk through and let to slam. Keeping me and my daughter up all night. We then got up to be told that the breakfast was only continental as the chef hadn’t turned up. I will never stay here again. The room has stains on the walls the single bed for my daughter was the most uncomfortable bed ever so had to share with me. Never again staying in any premier inn
