Always know what your getting with a premier inn and it didn’t disappoint. Checked in nice and early. Plenty of parking. £10 for 24 hours. The breakfast the next day was lovely. Room immaculate as always. The only thing was a lingering smell of Chinese in the room which could have done with airing out prior but you can’t open the windows.

Car park is a joke. Went out in the morning and couldn’t pay for my parking before. Can’t contact anyone. So all you can do is accept a fine even though I’ve tried to put several way app phone front desk. Absolute scam. Don’t park here. Free parking across the road. You have been warned beware. Will review again if I receive a fine off this scam company. Won’t ever come here again.
Staff onsite were friendly.

Another great night's sleep and a tasty breakfast to start the day. Premier Inn does what it says on the tin, I book a night away in a PI once a month, just to go and do nothing but relax in a nice room, feet up, sleep like a log, start off with a cooked breakfast and recharge.

Good location for central London (abt half an hour drive). Check in could have been slightly easier with a bit more proactive help from staff but got there in the end. Noisy room ventilation system & (probably outside Premier Inn's control) a noisy guest upstairs seemingly pacing up and down room until the early hours then resuming first thing. Parking in the suburbs shld be free rather than the £10 overnight charge.

nice staff but pretty bad service, the rooms always had a bad smell, they don't have showers, instead they have a bathtub, we booked the room with two beds, they gave us a double bed, there isn't much around the hotel you had to take the train to the center and the station was 10 min walk. the hotel has its own paid parking and it is quite expensive, and every time you go out you have to pay, I recommend parking around the hotel there is always a place to park for free

Beds are so comfy and towels are so soft.

Reception don’t answer the phone “we don’t answer during dinner service” was what we were told. Ordered a soup and waited 90 minutes for it, also then ordered a salad and had to wait another hour for that. admittedly it was a good soup but not worth 90 minutes wait. The Place is clean room is a typical premier inn room. Evening Staff don’t communicate and aren’t at all friendly either.
