I had an extended stay at The New Inn in St. John's Wood. This really became a second home. The owners Dennis and Carly were always on hand with a friendly smile and local knowledge. The room was great. No request was ever too big or small and was always attended to immediately with care and attention to detail. The food in the restaurant is amazing.
I will definitely be returning in the future.

Most beautiful and stylish rooms. Very clean and had best night sleep. The staff are so friendly and the bar downstairs is such an enjoyable atmosphere.
Defo would recommend to friends and family and myself will be coming back on a regular.
Thank you

Staff is extremely friendly! The food is above anything I've eaten outside of Delhi and even then! The prices are ridiculously cheap for London and this quality of food!! If you like Indian food this is THE place to go!

Stayed there for one night, June 2022.

Rooms were comfortable and up-to-date. I have had the misfortune of staying in far worse Airbnb's and hotels in the SJW area for the same money, so would definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money.

I did not eat there but the staff was very friendly and the pub/restaurant downstairs seemed very popular.

I would definitely recommend.

Booked two rooms that were described as 110m2 and 100m2; confirmed twice with the hotel that these were the room sizes. 3 days before travel informed that the measurements should actually have been in square feet on the website. 11m2 and 10m2.

With reply to the above reply from the owner of the ST JOHNS BOUTIQUE HOTEL.WOW what a professional reply no wonder you are no longer in business . I booked with your hotel after seeing it on 4 in a Bed and thought what a lovely little place, my partners 50 Th birthday is in February so we decided to book a four night stay here which meant we were returning to SCOTLAND on a Sunday, I booked this in August with a very pleasant member of your staff named Liz who quoted me a price and asked for a deposit of £152.25 which I duly paid by MasterCard (so I do have records).Anyway long story short I was booking trains for our travel at the beginning of December and was having difficulty getting a return train on the Sunday so we decided hopefully Liz would be able to accommodate us for an extra evening, I called the number for the hotel and there was no reply, Liz had also gave me her mobile number so I also called that no reply, five minutes later the call was returned by someone, when I asked if it was Liz they replied that Liz no longer worked there, I enquired about the extra nights stay to which they replied we cannot do that as we are closing for good in five days as the owner wants the property back, I stated I had a booking for February and had paid a substantial deposit towards our stay what was I to do . She replied someone would be in touch and ended the call. After thinking about what had just happened I called back and got no reply, I have tried calling several times and sent several emails all ignored, the phone now appears to be disconnected, I also phoned the restaurant below the hotel (which is now closed down) and spoke to a nice gentleman who said he would try and contact someone to get in touch. Again no response. So I booked this hotel in august left a deposit and if it hadn’t been for me not being able to get a train on the Sunday we would have arrived at the ST JOHNS BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN FEBRUARY FOR MY PARTNERS 50 th BIRTHDAY WITH NO WHERE TO STAY.SO if the professional Tenant or ex tenant-would care to answer phones or emails or even better call his customers with the sad news that they could not accommodate our booking as there business had FAILED, there would have been no need to write this review to get a response, so if you would care to check your records and return the £152.25 that I paid you on 24/08/2021 by MasterCard. That would be appreciated. Also my Head is not up my a@@e, I am just astounded that you took the decision to close your business and took the decision not to inform future bookings of your actions to do so
,to enable them to find alternative accommodation.you have my details so I would appreciate you getting in contact to apologise for your unprofessional conduct and to refund my deposit of £152.25, Regards Ian Mcallister.
