Good venue for a decent price.
Staff were attentive enough when needed.
The rooms are OK, but need a bit of a deep clean.
Being situated infront of a busy motor way and a train line behind it can get a bit noisy.
There's a retail park across the road with lots of great places to eat and a cinema

Well this was possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, hotel staff were friendly enough and polite. As soon As I entered my room the toilet was blocked and had toilet roll floating at the top of the toilet, white marks all around the carpet which was vile, also the state of the bathroom was horrific, finger nails all over the place too, luckily we wasn't staying there long enough to make ourselves ill. So good luck to anyone staying here in the future.

It was really bad. The bathroom was so filthy, stains ob the towels, stains ob the counter of the sink and a filthy toilet. They didn't even bother to clean the bathroom toilet. No warm water, no telephone in rooms, no room service no anything. And bedsheets had stains. The whole room is not very sanitary. Waste of money. Been to better 3* hotels than this.

This hotel needs a total revamping. It is actually dirty! Staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was physically dirty and smelly. Expensive for what your getting, extremely basic and an unclean room. Beds were clean-the only reason we actually stayed. Few miles from wembley stadium but would never stay here again.

The travelodge is close to Park Royal station which easily takes you into the city. We had difficulty in getting back from Wembley stadium on the tube having been held up in the queues outside, changing twice before having to walk back from Acton.

Hotel has a great car park outside and is fairly priced at £7 per day. Next to the hotel is a petrol station with a M&S foodstore selling breakfast foods.

The room was clean however a little tired looking. Beds comfortable in the family room.

REASON FOR 2 STARS.
If you sleep in the rear of the building you will be kept awake by very loud music coming from a nearby club. This went on until 5 am. The second night even with the windows closed you could hear it. To hot to have windows closed in the summer.
This appears to be a common complaint running though the reviews.

A family member who slept in the front of the building didn't experience this problem.

Unfortunately because of the club music I wouldn't stay here again

After reading the reviews beforehand, I wasn't expecting to much. We arrived at around (09/12/22) 1400, check in was 1500 but the kind male behind the reception let us check in early! Which was great! Easy to get to, quite a few things near by including a 5 minute walk to the train station which was superb and a garage right next to the hotel for snacks and fuel. We had a room at the front of the hotel, so unsure where the pub with loud noise was as we heard nothing. Motorway was in front, but we heard nothing so enjoyed a good night sleep. Room and bedding was clean, so overall we had a great night.

Shocking cleanliness, out room had not been cleaned at all. It was also dangerous for my children as the desk was broken with nails sticking out. Complained and the staff were awful, just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing to do. We stayed for 2 nights and in the second night we did get moved rooms and the guy was had taken over reception was lovely, apologised and out stay was as it should have been the first night.
Saw the hotel manager on Monday morning who was just as bad, had a work man there telling him to repair the desk and paint over the mould in the bathroom and around the windows. when I told him out issues he said 'we are aware they are getting sorted now'. They should have been sorted before we arrived and not risked my 5 year old hurting himself on nails! Have since been in contact with customer service after the manager offered an evoucher, we got a £26 refund from a £101.99 room for the Saturday alone, contested this and they thought that was sufficient even though I attached pictures.
Will never stay in a Travelodge again, no concern for customer welfare, cleanliness or anything else other than money!

Genuinely don't understand the bad reviews for our room (208, 1 double-bed + 1 single bed) was really good, well furnished and clean. The receptionists have always been very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
