We stayed at this hotel on a recent visit to Heathrow and it was a great stay. Below is my comprehensive review of the property:

What I liked:
1) The hotel is modern and I do like modern hotels where the AC is working. The room was spacious and all the facilities were top notch. Loved the old telephone which is a little joy to use especially if you've not used one before.

2) The airport shuttle was a great touch. Leaving the hotel every hour and costs £6 per person. That takes the hassle of arranging Taxis or driving to Heathrow. They just drop you at the terminal which was very convenient.

3) The bathrooms were clean and airy which was great.

4) Check in was fuss free and the self check in cubicles which looked like iconic red telephone boxes helped us avoid a long queue for check in.

What I didn't like:
1) The breakfast was a bit too expensive for my liking so we opted to have it elsewhere.

2) Would have preferred to pay a small drop off charge for parking rather than pay for the whole hour.

Overall nothing much to dispute as the stay was great. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place close to Heathrow.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and planned to enjoy the swimming pool with our children. On the second day, the bag with children's swimming rings and a pump went missing. It was sitting on the floor but far from the rubbish bin. We believed the housekeeping carelessly collected it and threw away as rubbish.

We called guest service but no one follows up. Then we reported to front desk and they spent half-day still not able to give us an answer about the missing item even until check out. Hotel staff asked for our contacts and promised to follow up. However, we waited for one week with subsequent emails ignored. We are very disappointed to this so-called reputable hotel.

Additionally front desk failed to locate our booking. After double checking for 15 minutes, they managed to find it but came with incorrect room type (superior). We asked for the correct room-type (family) but was told this would be a free-upgrade. Obviously it was not free as we paid for family room.

Then, we were told breakfast was not included even we showed them the confirmation said it is included. The next day I needed to check again with the front desk and was advised to show the confirmation to restaurant for free breakfast. This was really embarrassing.

On the first night we called guest service for additional pillows for better support on my bad neck. We were told the pillows are on the way. After 30 minutes, no one came and we called again but still nothing happened.

Overall the service of this hotel was really below standard. It ruined our family trip.

Modern, spacious and clean hotel perfect for Heathrow Airport. It's about 10 minutes in a cab from the airport and 30+ minutes on the cheaper airport hoppa bus. The rooms although spacious and modern with ample storage, are a little dark with soft lighting making it difficult to see at night. The shower could be improved as it's very easy to flood the room but that's our only concern and will stay here next time we fly from Heathrow. Very happy to recommend this hotel. We didn't eat here as arrived fed and left before breakfast but can say that the bar service was very good.

Room was comfy and clean. Front desk staff kind and informative. Breakfast buffet was good. Avoid lunch and dinner. Food was greasy and expensive. Staff was busy ignoring us and took 45 minutes after ordering. 30 minutes before we could get someone to wait on us. $52 for one toasty and one fish and chips. Dinner wasn’t much different.

Loved the size of the bedrooms, clean and airy. Shower facility was excellent. They could up their game by providing disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The menu from the pub was very limited. It would be better if they could broaden the items on the menu with more options. Loved the peace, ambience and hospitality of the hotel as they provided the clients with water, apple and Sweets while we awaited our hopper to come along to take us to the airport. 🙏🌹🙏

Even though it was only an overnight stay, we really enjoyed it here.
The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The artwork was quirky but interesting. Very quiet considering the proximity to the airport.
The food was okay, but the staff were fantastic.
Tip: don't wait for the shuttle bus as you're last on the route and if it's full, it doesn't turn up. Pre-order a taxi.

I was surprised to find that all nearby hotels in the vicinity (except this one) didn't have good options for an affordable family room. The Radisson RED was the only one where we didn't have to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and a child. The bunk beds in the family room were excellent for our family to stay together and surprisingly affordable. The hotel has a chic vibe and check in is pretty quick. The staff addressed all our questions about late night room service, shuttles and other queries. It was conveniently located near a gas station convenience store and restaurants within walkable distance. Cab to the airport (terminal 5) wasn't expensive. Breakfast was delicious and service was great. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and made us want to take longer showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel for a stop over after a long journey. Long queue at check in but the Red phone booths for self check in are available if you have your reservation number.

Room was quirky and the kids loved the Murphy bunk beds. Lovely and quiet too, rooms must be well sound proofed as we couldn’t hear the cleaner hoovering a room next door at 7am….and we had a view of the planes taking off.

Bar prices are 🤑🤑 though!
