Holiday Inn London - Bexley

Very comfortable room and super comfy bed, with air conditioning, that was a blessing, as we arrived hot.
We had a nice meal with cold drinks in the evening lovely helpful and friendly staff Air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
Lovely breakfast big choice of cereals, continental breakfast or cooked food.
Spotlessly clean throughout.
We had a great few days visiting Family. Hotel is in a nice area.

We had a brilliant stay, in a nice room for two nights. There was exceptional service from the restaurant & bar teams for dinner & breakfast. Particular thank you to Christine who looked after us for Dinner, with a call out to the kitchen team Hakim, Nima & Colin the food was great. Breakfast was very yummy we had brilliant service from Maggie & a special thanks to Simon in the kitchen. All in all great service & location for what we needed.

Downstairs lobby area looks fine & looked like it had been decorated/modernised. Some of the staff on reception looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. The rooms were just dirty, stained carpets, stank of smoke so we had to leave the windows open 24/7 & dated. One of our group didn’t even have a working shower and the reception didn’t move them to a different room.

Excellent location as we needed to be short drive from the Valley Ground and not too far from Gatwick. The service was fantastic including a lovely meal (recommend the fish and chips) which we chose to get in room as we were shattered and the meals came in 15 minutes. Friendly and extremely efficient staff. Perfect stay.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's. This was the most disappointing. The public areas are very good and refreshed as per pretty much every Holiday Inn



However, the bedrooms were shabby. I moved immediately as the room was not to usual standard. I also had a noise issue at 2pm where I could hear the room opposite.



The next room was a little better But I think they could have changed out the torn curtains. Not to standard.



Breakfast was good and staff were very good at their jobs.

The reception staff and breakfast waitress were excellent. The room was a litttle 'tired', but acceptable. The breakfast offering was excellent, and cannot be faulted. At no time during our stay did I feel remotely uncomfortable, and the prices were competitive in this market.

We booked a function room for a 100th birthday afternoon tea. The venue was perfect and the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The food provided was excellent. Careful attention was given to every aspect of the function and the room layout and facilities were great. I would definitely recommend the venue and would book again.

We stayed Christmas night as the hotel was close to family, the staff were friendly and pleasant. We paid for the bigger room/bed with mini bar.The room itself was adequate and clean, we felt the bathroom needed a refurb the mastic around the bath was discoloured the flooring was marked the underneath of the sink was stained and the inside of the loo had staining and overall could have been cleaned to a better standard. To be honest I would have expected a walk in shower rather than a bath with a shower curtain.
Mini bar consisted of 2 beers, 2 wines, 2 water, 2 fizzy cans which was ok but we realised on our late return that the fridge was not working so it was all rather warm!
Breakfast had a good selection. Hotel lobby and lounge area has obviously had a refurb and looked good.
We did not raise any complaints to the staff about the bathroom we literally weren't in the room for too long and it was Christmas.
