Golden Lion Hotel & Restaurant, Easenhall

This hotel is great, lovely clean rooms, bathroom was immaculate. Pub/restaurant side cheap drinks compared to where I live, food was excellent and staff could not do enough for you. The only issue I had was the timing of breakfast. I had to be at a course for 9am, not knowing the area I needed to give myself plenty of time to get there and sort myself out and that's hard when breakfast is between 8am and 9am. Overall I had a great stay. Thank you

Okay rooms, but was let down a bit by the breakfast. Would stay again as place was clean and staff very friendly, and they had excellent wifi.

Went there for a friend's wake. The staff was friendly, food was nice that they served. Liked the decorations of inside. Can't give full stars as no mind my head sign or couldn't see the toilet sign very clearly until I started to look around.

Lovely staff and great food. Really enjoy staying here in the week.

Admittedly we didn't stay at the hotel. So this feedback is only for carvery. As instructed on their web site regarding 'Gluten Free and Dairy Free '. foods. I called in advance to check what we could have ; went to effort of explaining to person on the phone , was told what we could and couldn't have , fine at least we knew , turn up on Sunday and it was clear , they hadn't even listened to my request day before or forgot to plan in advance. Not good as it limited what my son could have.

Sunday lunch. Delicious food beautifully cooked. Staff ery friendly. We will ne back soon
