The Peel Aldergate - Guest Accommodation

This is one of the best family run hotels I have ever been too. I particularly want to mention Sara who was absolutely amazing on my arrival. After having quite a stressful couple of hours and having to swap hotels due to accommodation issues, Sara had managed to secure a room within her hotel at really short notice and was simply lovely and empathetic to my situation.
The rest of the staff followed suit and were polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the hospitality was exceptional.
I had a single room for the first few nights, then swapped to a double which was lovely.
A massive thank you to them all and I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Fabulous hotel with a Cracking Bistro (Christopher's). Definitely recommend and would stay again when in the area. Special shout out to the lovely waitress/bar tender and her amazing cocktail making....sorry, didn't get her name x

Amazing rooms, very friendly staff! Make you feel so welcome! Breakfast is also amazing, would advise booking in the restaraunt as early as possible as we unfortunately missed out!

What a cracker , looks so unassuming from the carpark but the interiors are spot on! Extremely clean and very comfortable , decent water pressure in the shower with shower gel etc. And to top all that Sarah made us feel very welcome ... tbh it was a shame we only booked for 2 nights. Plus only 3 min walk into town , 10 mins to Tamworth Castle and a bit longer to the new retail park.
No hesitation in recommending.

Beautifully decorated room. Comfortable and relaxing. A home from home. Wonderful food and excellent choice of breakfast. Friendly, professional efficient staff - nothing is too much trouble. Within easy walking distance of all amenities and attractions in the historic town of Tamworth and easily accessible to other attractions in the area.
Highly recommend whether for business or social functions and excellent value for money.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly and very attentive.
Easy walking distance to the town centre.
Breakfast choices were really good, something for everyone.
We also had a fabulous Afternoon Tea.
Thanks to Sarah and all the team for helping to make our trip a memorable one.
