amazing views and great prices. the gardens are gorgeous and the bedrooms are a good size as well as being supplied with water and a great selection of teas and coffees. the leisure centre was useful and the pool a massive size. the tennis courts and golf courses are very useful. food service was fast and efficient at most times. great holiday destination. highly recommend!!

I came here with my friends - for a graduation celebration.

It's a great experience, and we all enjoy it. It was very relaxing; luckily, it was warm weather which is a bonus!

Foods are great, no complaint! The staff is amicable and helpful.

Our spa package included massage, brunch and a healthy light snack. We enjoyed the massage - it's very relaxing! We also enjoyed the spa, including a thermal bath, hot tub, five different types of steam and showers that come with four types of experiences like a rainforest!

Superb place, we only went for a staff day out. It was great I got to do vertigo which was really good. The top tier is terrifying on the last obstacles near the top. The segways and archery are very good too. The food they put on in the morning was very limited if you don't like bacon butties though, so maybe pack something if you are vegan or vegetarian the photo is what was handed to my colleague when they said they were vegan and gluten free! 🤣

The service was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean well presented and with comfortable beds.

Unfortunately the wedding venue arrangement coupled with the location of the bar was not the greatest and often guests were mingling with the hotel residents attending seminars.

Speaking of the bar, standby for some eye watering prices £19.20 for 3 beers and the range of bar food offered wasn't what I was expecting for the quality of the venue.

On the whole a nice hotel furthermore if your into ruining a good walk by following a little white ball. I didn't use the spa so can't pass comment.

Perfect in every respect. The food and facilities are outstanding. Clean, welcoming, friendly, just spot on in every way.

More than anything, I want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to the staff. They were very helpful and patient with us - nothing was too much trouble.

In particular, Sue at the Spa. When I was having a massage she took great care of my friend. She went well above and beyond her duties to help my friend get ready for the pool. I actually cried when I found out what she did for her. Such a lovely lady, and a real asset to the team. I just can’t thank you all enough for everything that you did for us this weekend.

What a wonderful place to stay, will definitely be back. Really loved the atmosphere. I think the room was too warm, windows didn't open very wide to cool it down, so we didn't get a great night's sleep with the big blanket. But that's mostly a personal preference, so all in all 5 stars. My partner loved the golf course, it really was very peaceful and beautiful.

So disappointed. We booked treatments at the beautiful spa and were told we could not use the facilities. I had been given a voucher to spend so I could experience the amazing spa. So by booking a treatment, I thought I would have a lovey experience. It is not explained on the website that you have to pay extra on top of the cost of a treatment to enjoy the spa. I was not told when I phoned to book the treatment either. We asked if we could pay to use the spa and were told we couldn't, despite it being extremely quiet.
The hotel, brasserie and staff were all lovely and our stay was very enjoyable.

Stayed as a package deal with spa afternoon. Used the spa first then booked in. We were upgraded to the main part of the hotel with estate view rooms ( overlooking the sculpture park) Restaurant was very nice but beware of accepting the offered water as you sit down as we said yes to it ( plain water in a bottle) and were charged £4:20 for it. Just ask for tap water if you need water , as it is just as good.Lovely room with good tea/ coffee facilities even water in the fridge and wine glasses provided ( we brought our own wine to drink in room as the wine is very expensive at the hotel)nice bedding warm room and nice bathroom with basic toiletries ( shower wash shampoo and conditioner but in tiny bottles and only one of each ) Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and lovely fruits and danish pastries available , cereals and all the full breakfast you can help yourself too.Did not use the leisure facilities but told lovely and can use after check out at 11am.Would stay here again but it is expensive so only as a extra special treat.
