Severn View Hotel

Service was second to none. I'll deny any hotel manager to give a warmer welcome. Yes, dated rooms in hotel but you don't get character out of new builds. Clean shower and toilet and bed linen fresh. Rooms cleaned and checked daily. Full English breakfast freshly cooked in the freshly decorated dining area. The also do fast food on the evenings which was absolutely delicious. So a quick round up, a beautiful yet quirky hotel with the friendliest of staff with the warmest of welcomes and well stocked bar and breakfast and takeaway available with lovely clean rooms. Sorry... I forgot to say very well placed in Worcester

They were definitely doing some work on the place, but the staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. Fresh sheets, and towels, toiletries. My only thing was that my bed was not the most comfortable.

Bareakfast fine. Location excellent, with very convenient pay qnd display car park.
Bedroom basic, bed springs seen better days. Very warn weather, so window open . Wakened very early by bin lorry nd as on roundabout, loads of traffic at all hours

The room from hell.
We had to ask for the carpet to be vacuumed. The main bed??? was missing a wheel causing a different level on one side....which we fixed ourselves using wood found in the room. The bedding and towels looked and smelt like they needed to be deep cleaned before being used again. We will NOT be staying here again and the pictures online do not tell you the true story.

Avoid ... I won't be back, fortunately it was 1 night only. The room is nothing to write home about . Bed was uncomfortable, unstable and creaky. Toilet was leaking over the bathroom floor. Not a good night's sleep and then I'm up early and there is no accommodation for any breakfast because they don't start that early ! The only upside is the location. There are other options nearby that I will use next time.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are tired, but it was clean enough and a good location if visiting overnight.

Look, it's cheap. I'm annoyed with myself. I'd hoped by now I'd have the means to book hotels where the mattress aren't shaped like a polo mint, the bath didn't have mould round the edge and breakfast isn't served by a man wearing grey sweat pants.

We have stayed in this hotel twice
The staff are friendly
The breakfast is lovely
The Bedwas clean and comfortable and the room was warm
Will definitely be staying there again
