Epicenter of true Hednesford Town Supporters. Lovely proper pub, non of this gastro stuff, this has the beams and brasses like a real establishment. All the Ales and Beers are always very tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beer garden is nice on the rare occasion the sun comes out.

Typical English pub. Prices are decent. The drinks selection is good. They can host events and put on special evenings occasionally. There's plenty of parking and plenty of locals who frequent so it's obviously a friendly and enjoyable venue.

It was on a Tuesday afternoon when I visited this pub and I had not been there for several years. Although the bar was relatively quiet I found the staff very friendly as well as the customers. The ales on offer were the 'usual suspects' but had been kept in good order. I must visit this pub more often!

Well. Sunday visit with a paper £20 note. Not taking those my manager says. Its legal tender which i worked hard to get paid. Told em to stuff it so they barred me. 2 customer in bar. Still dirty carpets dirty floor and dirty tables. When they need customers they drive them away.

Good beer, great local pub, and some outdoor seating too.

Proper throwback pub! What a boozer! Sport, good beer, great staff and a decent crowd.
