Very comfortable nights sleep and excellent service overall. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the decor is now a bit dated for premier inns. Don’t just keep building them keep them maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

08/22 we stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Understandably we are in the peak of Summer and I acknowledge that air conditioning is not listed on the website as a facility at this location, however, the fan that was provided in our room was futile - having it on full power as close as possible and barely feeling any form of air movement. The room was so hot to the point we both felt ill, hardly slept and had to keep taking cold showers throughout the night, I even slept with a wet towel on me to try and keep cool - this is certainly not the ‘Good Night Guarantee’ we were hoping for! The window was also on a safety catch so it could only open an inch which did not allow any fresh air in - it was suffocating.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Premier Inns over the years, I like the standard of consistency compared to other chains, however this has got to be the worst stay I’ve had and has very much put me off booking again which is very unfortunate and inconvenient. A previous location I recently stayed in with PI didn’t have air conditioning but the fan was of very good quality and therefore made the world of difference - so it makes me wonder why this is not consistent across all of their locations that don’t have air conditioning? We would not have had any issues if a better quality fan had been provided.

It’s an implied term of your conditions that the accommodation would be of a standard of cleanliness and quality reasonably to be expected from this type of hotel, however I feel incredibly disappointed with what we received and the service of reasonable care in my opinion has not measured up, even more so when logging a complaint and receiving a very dismissive and unconcerned response of “we can only apologise on this occasion”.

I know from experience they could provide a better service yet they are unwilling to admit fault or make amends. So only book if you expect very little and not make any complaints.

This was surprisingly good, on approach to the hotel I didn’t have high hopes but once I arrived in my room it was clean and comfortable. Not the largest Premier inn room I’ve stayed in but adequately proportioned. I would use this place again.

Just spent 2 nights there after attending a funeral there. The staff were British, which was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and beds were so comfortable. Reception ladies are welcoming.

Stayed here for 1 night for business. Arrived at hotel at half 7 at night... sign up to say restaurant shutting at 8...bar at 9. Not great as all I wanted to do was sit, have some food and a beer. But no had to check in and then go out again and find somewhere to eat...

Room pokey and bathroom seen better days, with fan on that made noise when light was on. Bed comfortable and staff that were there apologetic and helpful but disappointing stay considering it cost company 170 quid...

Never had any other issues with premier inns around Country and will stay in again but will do homework on ones not stayed in before..

The Lady on the desk as we arrived on Saturday evening was very pleasant and informative about our stay, it's all pretty standard stuff, could do with a spruce up in a few place, but this is just general wear and tear. The bed was very comfy, the room was warm, we had a family room and our sons bed was also a bed, not just a pull out, we'll done Premier Inn.

I was stranded 1 night in London for "severe weather condition". found this Hotel by miracle. Once there kitchen was comprehensibly closed. A special shout out to Mike whom help me arrange dinner. He order for me a delivery and even argue with the poor fast food management attitude, for payment issues.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, you save me from a nigh of fasting.
Rooms are clean and warm, breakfast is rich and generous. Overall friendly staff whom made my stay pleasant, despite the tragic circumstances.

It s always nice to meet professionals that know how to do their job right, especially in the frustrating situation of a canceled flight

Thank you again

Room was small. The toilet smelt like the drains were backing up. I will say the mattress was good. When I went to use the shower in the morning the shower head was broke. So it dribbled out water, and leaked down the hose, not to mention there wasn't any shower gell or shampoo. So I had to wash with hand soap. Yuck. When I told reception this in the morning they said someone would be in contact...it's been 4 days, no one has been in contact. Won't be using them again.
