Beautifully elegant rooms with comfortable beds, amazing views. Staff are kind and friendly. Massage was amazing.
Charming waiter Cataldo in the restaurant helped to make our time there extra special by making sure we were happy with everything. The cream scones on the terrace was a magical memory! We hope to return some time.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff could not be more accommodating. Fantastic service all round, beautiful and comfortable rooms with the most amazing views. We had a couples massage and it was truly the best massage we have ever had-Highly recommend if you have time during your stay. The only downside was that room service is advertised as 24hour but it is actually only until 10.30pm. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Thank you!

Great afternoon tea.
Lovely little spot out on the terrace. Lovely and green. Tables are spaced far from each other so it’s more private.
Nice selection of sandwiches and sweet treats. Although the cakes were a little dry.

The security and Reception team are absolute tools, the bald looked like a miserable chap from the 60s and the the dude at the reception defo needs to be more groomed!
Overall the service is rubbish but the rooms are decent

Long overdue review. My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was honestly one of the most attentive and thoughtful hotels I’ve been too. They surprised us with a beautiful cake in our room which tasted unbelievable, and would arrange for house keeping to sort our room out throughout the day, not just once like other hotels. They gave us access to the virgin active leisure club nearby, which was a luxurious and well equipped centre with a top level pool with a 360• view of London. One of our best stays and better than other 5stars we have stayed at. Worth the money as the service you get is unbeatable. Apologies for a very long overdue thank you for a great memorable stay.

This is not a 5 stars hotel ! No room service at night, I had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk as no one was there at my arrival.
Rooms, bed and carpet are old.
And no cosy space to stay to discuss or having a drink.

Good things : swimming pool, fish and chips, bath + shower in the bathroom.

One of the best located hotels if you have business in Canary Wharf.. Best views of the Riverside, but the room carpets are tired, and the rooms are crying for a refurbishment.

Had afternoon tea here with my partner. We were helped with directions getting down and with parking. They gave us an excellent service, the sandwiches and scones were a delight. The tea selection was great and full of flavour. I would recommend this place, a lovely location and decor.
