Premier Inn Gravesend Central hotel

I visited the Inn to meet some relatives staying there. I bar service was poor - there was nobody serving and a queue was forming. As I was driving I only a non-alcoholic drink. The cost for two drinks £6+ - it was cheaper to buy the beer/cider on promotion!

The public toilets need a good clean. And the parking is free but limited to 3 hours. There is street parking within 5 mins walk.

First time staying in this chain. Amazing bed, quiet, clean and comfortable. Fan in the room was a nice edition. Water pressure a bit low in the shower but was lovely otherwise. Friendly and welcoming staff, not a bad location. Little bit hard to access if not by car, due to not many transport links. But walk isn't too bad.

Free internet was a nice touch, had no issues with it. Best hotel I have stayed in for a while. Will definitely come back.

We didn't stay at the hotel we went into the bar for a drink, the bar area was not clean, there were big cobwebs around the ceiling.
I needed to go to the washroom, it was disgusting, there were two cubicles blocked off and two open, one toilet didn't have a seat on it and the cubicle I used was filthy and there was no lock on the door, if you can't keep your toilets spotless then what does that say about your kitchen!!!! We will NOT be returning

Avoid if you've got an early start. Berendsen delivers their fresh linens to them at around midnight. Noise of the truck and loading/unloading will wake you up. I followed their terms and conditions to try and claim a refund under their good night guarantee. They refused.

We had a room change on our own request because we wanted a bath. Got put into one of the older rooms, which wasn't a problem. Quiet and a good night's sleep. Great customer service by Chloe on reception.

This hotel is suffering from serious roof leaks and has a major damp issue in the rooms. The room was not cleaned upon arrival and the toilet seat has excrement on. The tv remote in the room was sticky and the room was very dirty in general.There was only 1 staff member on site who did not have the equipment or time to rectify the issues as the hotel was fully booked but had only 1 staff member present. Would not use this hotel again.

Had lunch at the Beefeater restaurant, not as residents. Food was good standard Beefeater fayre (burgers, lasagne, hot wings starters shared) very cold in the restaurant generally, appeared to be no heating on at all. Sadly the decor was rather tired and in need of refreshing. Staff were excellent, helpful and polite.

The room was clean and quite big. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was delicious!
