In Room 22, the shower gives less waterpressure than pouring a small teapot(not so effective after a hard work day)Ridicoulusly small ammount of shower gel and soap in a bottle, what could be better for parfume than gel. Rooms normal, however i seen better rooms in less(2)starred Oysterfleet hotel. Parking management must to change, because you could get PCN even after registred your car and before check out date. At least staff promise they will cancel it.

An absolutely awful place. Avoid at all costs. Very dirty, with unhelpful staff and very uncomfortable.
Soon after arriving, we found a bedbug on a pillow and when I told the receptionist, he was extremely uninterested and briefly checked the bed before telling us repeatedly there was “only one”. One bedbug is one too many, and you never get one - they always come in groups. 15 minutes after informing us there were no other rooms for us to move to, he came back and said he had “switched” the rooms and found us another. This second room was unkempt, had no soap in the bathroom and the only way he got the window to stay open was by wedging it precariously open with a metal tissue holder! The carpets and rugs in both rooms and the stairs were all very dirty and the widow ledge in the bedroom was rotting. Whilst we were packing up in the first room, the receptionist was hurriedly remaking the beds (one of which the bedbug had been in) which suggests to us that he was intending to put some guests that had not yet checked in into this room!
The original room we had was a large room with a single and a double bed (I was staying with my auntie). The second was significantly smaller and had just one double. After much discussion and an unhelpful attitude from the receptionist, who eventually spoke to his manager, we were told that we would only be charged for the double room, not the much larger one with an extra bed we had booked. However, they have today taken payment for the original room and not honoured this agreement. To only pay for the room we had was the bare minimum we expected and they didn’t even do that.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we both slept terribly. The decor is incredibly outdated and the building is in a sorry state. The drinking glasses were coated in grime.
An awful place that I would not recommend to anyone.

Dirty rooms, no staff! Bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. Toilet was filthy and the room was very unhygienic.

We were told breakfast was included which was a lie, as it was unrequested. Disgusting breakfast half cooked and no choice. Warm juice and was late

AVOID

A bit dated but ok for the price. Staff were friendly but run off their feet. Breakfast needed a bit of work but ok.would stay again.

Bedbugs! Room was OK at a glance, but not in great condition - tired furniture, stained walls, cracked tiles and some mold in bathroom. It had been cleaned and the bedding looked new, but glad it was just a short stay especially after spotting the bugs in the morning. Have been left with loads of bites. Would not recommend.

This place is in dire need of cleaning and a revamp. Shower was good with hot water and powerful flow. Sheets and towel were clean (only one bath towel and no hand towels provided for 2 people in a double!) Not much else was clean! Communal stairs needed a hoover, lots of dust and grime in the room. Not a very comfortable bed. Heating on 24/7 but could turn the radiator down.

Polite staff on arrival however this soon changed. Bed sheets were not clean hairs all over the sheets. This was forgiveable. However the room had two beds. The second was just a kind of "pop up bed" which collapsed when sat on. I had an infant with me. It was very late so we did not complain due to having a infant who was sleeping.

The three of us had to squeeze into one bed. The shower had pink mould/rust which only comes from not cleaning. The room celling light would shake/flicker when the people above us would walk around.

When we tried to communicate in the morning about the bed we were told we should have complained at midnight (when there were no staff). When my husband asked for a refund or discount, the hotel said only if he deleted his reivew and only 15 pound discount on an 85 pound room. They then continued to call asking for us to change the review to receive a refund. I find it telling that this awful experience and 1-star is only worth a £15 discount to them.

Dear hotel i suggest you change your attitude or you WILL end up closed. Also if you had beds that didnt collapse and clean rooms there woudnt be bad reviews.

Dear future guests , dont be a guest.
If you look at all my reviews i leave they are only ever postive. But just had to warn future familys and guests.

The bare minimum you expect when staying at any hotel is a place to rest your head, however this please was literally a HEALTH HAZARD as the moment I went to lay on my bed, IT COLLAPSED.

No compensation was provided, for paying for a 3 bed room and having to share the double bed with 3 people, awful place
