2 day stay at the hotel it certainly needs a deep clean carpets absolutely filthy . Some of the staff didn't seem to care . Had lunch and had to clear dishes and drinks glasses after 2 hours of them still sitting on table. Glasses still on outside table after 2 days . Rooms clean and breakfast nice choices. Got a lamb coffta for lunch and wouldn't feed it to my dog . Took it back and the response was what's wrong with it ? Couldn't even cut it it was that over cooked . Not even a sorry.

Very welcoming staff. Fadika is an amazing person. Kind hearted and humble and good at what he does! You’d see him being so supportive and ensuring you have the best of your stay. The rooms very clean and breakfast amazing. The services are outstanding! Excellent location too…

Went for breakfast with the ladies. It was such a lovely experience. The staff was very nice, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely time. Will definitely recommend 👌

I consider it to be over priced for 2 nights £310. For £310 that doesn't include dinner and breakfast, that comes at additional cost. The hotel fitness suite is an absolute joke. If I brought my ab wheel and resistance bands with me, I would have half the equipment they have. Closing the so called fitness suite at 7pm week days is no good to anyone. If it wasn't for work purpose of needing to stay, I wouldn't have stayed here. I have to endure one more night here.

Really should stop using the cab company that tried to charge £70 for an airport trip that cost £30 two days earlier... left a bad taste. Hotel was comfortable with lovely staff and processed food.

Air con doesn't work. Fridge doesn't work. No dressing table just a mirror by the door. Only 2 singke plug sockets and one of them is next to the door. Bed is rock hard, duvet is thin. Terrible night's sleep.

From the great welcome we received when checking in, even though it was very late, through to the swift, cheery and professional checkout as well as the helpful housekeeping staff, this all made for a lovely stay.

Clean and spacious rooms, well located along motorway. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice restaurant.
