I always find Premier Inn to be both very friendly and very clean. Never had an issue with any visit.
Ipswich town centre Premier Inn is no different. Fantastic location, right near the new complex at the quayside. Local to town centre too. Ideal location for evening drinks and cinema.

Lots of parking, easy booking in, rooms clean and contain everything you need. Beds comfy. Central location.
Meals pricey and not everyone wants full English, but head across the road to the Waterfront and breakfast can be purchased for a lot less in several places, with a better view. Recommend Isaacs.

As always great value for money and staff welcoming and helpful. Great location for the town centre or for Ipswich football ground. Can't give five stars because couldn't connect to the free wifi.

the wi-fi was down, but...

Lovely staff. Decent food, when the chef was back, and much better chips tan the usual Premier inn soggy and insubstantial fries.

Perfect place for our stay... mins from Regent Theatre, reason being in Ipswich.
All staff excellent service thank you.

Ok. Comfortable bed but that's about it.
Cold rooms, lack of control over the heating. Seems to only heat when the hotel allows it, regardless of what you set the room thermostat to.
No USB charger in the room unless you use the one in the back of the TV.
No bottled water available apart from a vending machine on the ground floor. This vending machine wouldn't accept card payment contactless or via pin. Reception were unable and fairly unwilling to supply anything and advised me to go to a shop down the road.
Great location for town, but not a welcoming hotel. Could do better.

Had a lovely stay here, its a 10 minute easy walk into the town centre for events etc, the staff are amazing and made us very welcome, had 2 meals in the restaurant and enjoyed them both, I must mention the staff member Tay, she made our stay with her friendly attitude and all the other girls were brilliant, we're looking forward to our next visit
