Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

Great venue, location good as in Central and plane spotters would love it. Noisy with inner windows open. My room rate was group discount so breakfast extra. The service from all staff especially the lady that checked me in was excellent. I'd stay again and recommend it. Hopefully next time can use pool and gym but this was a wedding so was busy partying.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a beautiful pool, clean and modern rooms and amazing food. Staff were very helpful too. Definitely will stay again. Had an excellent night's sleep and the room service was second to none. 2 beautiful restaurants with staff who couldn't do enough for you.

The only good thing: room service was excellent. Came in a timely manner, still hot and tasted fabulous.

However, since its a hotel, the room condition should be the main thing to criticise. Rooms were dated, especially the mattress. Its old, soggy and lack of lumber support. Had very appalling sleep and wake up having back pain. Never before in hotel rooms. Nevertheless, I was in the hotel for 2 nights, second night was even worse than the first.

Furthermore, the air-conditioning could not work properly. I turned it on for the entire day and its not even cool. Hotel response was because of the heat wave, but why other hotels could have functioning air conditioning?

Would not recommend any one staying here, try Hilton Garden Inn instead. New Hotel, much closer to the airport and similar price. Much nicer,

This hotel was great for our stay before a big flight ✈️ the next day. Looks really well taken cared of. Keep in mind to have to extra cash for the doormen that right away help you with your luggage which they bring to your room as well. Some things in the room seem outdated but the beds are very comfortable. Overall it’s a good place next to heathrow before a flight

Great bartender at the pool. He's the best! The people here are so helpful and nice. This is the hotel we always choose to stay at before heading home. Good food, good hotel, great way to end a relaxing vacation.

Great sports bar. Some music would have been the icing on the cake for this place. But we had a great night. The hotel should advertise this more to the local population because bars like these a far and few between out this way. Will definitely go back and use regularly.

Room was fine, service at bar was very slow, but otherwise staff were very polite. My main issue with this place is the parking. We bought a stay and fly package, thinking our car would be safe here while we were on holiday - they state CCTV and patrols. However, when we returned we had a nasty shock finding our catalytic converter was stolen. The hotel has done nothing and has not responded to the complaint made. A very expensive and disappointing end to our amazing honeymoon.

Not a great experience. The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and the only reason I gave 3 stars was the receptionist lady. The restaurant was a joke. I paid £100 for 2 adults and 2 children. The beer taps were broken. The tables were sticky. The staff had attitude and the burgers were a cheap joke. This sports bar was totally out of place in this hotel. I wish I want the the Indian restaurant now. The staff they have exploded have destroyed a good idea. Texas burger said home made. I don’t think it was. The steaks were cooked by amateurs. The real think that made it worse was I then flew to America with near perfect food everywhere and amazing service. It really shows how bad our restaurants and hotels are becoming in the uk. This place was not cheap in price but I’m quality it was very cheap.. Sheraton need to shape up and get rid of this restaurant…
