Premier Inn Crewe West hotel

Friendly staff, very neat and clean rooms.

Clean bathroom, well equipped rooms.
Had a good nights sleep, comfortable bed.

Not impressive compared to similar Inns. A long walk from the car park. We struggled with our luggage walking around the hotel to get to the poorly signed Entrance - we arrived just before midnight. There was some confusion regarding our booking. But it was sorted. We were 2 couples. Key for the other couple's room did not work. So we gave them our room keys which worked on their room? But their keys didn't work on our room. Reception said that there was an error in their system. Now, with no toilets on the ground floor, a staff member gave us a master key to access our room's toilet while they were getting us another set of keys which eventually did work on our bedroom door.
Going down to breakfast in the morning we greeted 2 staff members having a chat at reception. One looked at us over her shoulder, quickly said good morning, & carried on with the conversation. Very disrespectful. Breakfast was great. Staff did more than anyone will have expected, & waited on us Royaly. Unfortunately, it was too late to change our overall opinion of the place: Safety & Security with the room keys, Laboursome drop off of luggage, and dry attitude of some staff members. We were a large group attending a wedding in Nantwich.

The receptionist is not the most welcoming or enthusiastic person.. felt like they'd didn't care if you stay or not.. rooms are as expected for a premier inn, all the basic in good working order. Make the check in experience a bit more warm and it's an easy 4/5.

Absolutely hands down best place I've stayed staff were amazing even though I had to leave at midnight and came back about 2:30am staff were so pleasant and even had a nice chat with me. Couldn't ask any more of this place 👍🏻

Room smells like a smoking lounge. Disgusting.

Reception only offered to spray air freshener which isn’t an option for somewhere that an asthmatic is going to sleep.

No offer of a different room as they are full.

One of the better Premier Inns I've stayed at. Very modern with a good restaurant next door.

Friendly staff , nice big rooms , location is a bit out of the way from anywhere so not many shops within walking distance however overall its OK.

Stayed at this premier a few times and have never been disappointed, although at the front of the hotel could do with tidying up a bit as it's covered with cigarette butt ends.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
