Hampton by Hilton Ashford International

We slept at the hampton last night,
I thought the bed was perfect for me but my husband didn’t like it (each to their own)
The bathroom was spacious and with good lighting as well as the shower being magnificent.
The room had a good view, loved the air con and was helpful as it had a touch panel, we had a flat screen large smart TV.
The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, there was so many things to choose from even make your OWN waffles with the waffle maker and lots of toppings. You could order pizza 24/7 for just £12 and it looked very good.
The gym was lovely with automatic lighting, the layout was spacious and the equipment was very modern with touch screen panels, the gym also included air con.
The staff was very welcoming and polite.

The only disappointment was the dust, i feel like the cleaners are not checking properly to clean it, so i think this should be improved on, overall the rest of the room was really clean.

We will definitely be back in the future

Basically one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I stay in for work. Everything is just as it should be really and a very friendly atmosphere. Only tiny downside is limited parking which I fell foul of last time (parked nearby for around £7). Would advise booking parking at the time of reserving a room

Stayed twice now with the hotel on business trip. Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were spacious, location was ideal, close to a few restaurants and grocery shops with very good Road and rail connections at door step. Considering how close the hotel is to a big junction, there were minium noises at night. Air con and ventilation system works well. Rooms comes with fridge and safe. Lounge area was big and breakfast had a great variety. Car parking spaces are limited so you will need to call up the hotel to reserve a car parking in advance and pay upon leaving, but I never had trouble with the reservation. WiFi was very fast with good connection. I had very good experiences with the hotel and will continue to come back here for future business visits.

Not sure why I needed to give another £100 on top of the full amount paid. If I want something from the bar etc I'll make that choice. As for security - you have my bank details already....

Extremely clean hotel though with great bedroom size and the buffet breakfast was beautiful too!

Great for the International Train Station 🚉 Lovely clean & practical room layout, with a fridge & tea/coffee facility. Restaurant downstairs serving very good food. Comfy beds & pillows,of which you get two!👍🏼

Good experience. The staff is very nice. Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast is amazing. The only cons is the car park not included in the room's fee so we had to pay extra £12 for the car park over the night.

Beautiful room, love that there is a brewery/restaurant opposite. Unfortunately there isn't a dinner/room service menu and you have to book at the restaurant opposite the hotel so plan in advance where you're going to eat!
Very good pricing considering how close you are to the Ashford outlet. I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast too as there was hot food options, pastries, and a waffle maker!

Hotel was really nice, the staff on new years day were abit grumpy but the staff the morning after were really nice and friendly. Rooms were clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was really good lots of food options my only negative is the parking fee, they never actually told me at the desk I would have to pay for the parking which for me personally is a slap in the face with such a prestigious hotel brand. For that reason I won't be staying there again, I'm out lol
