Premier Inn Chesterfield West hotel

The staff here are really helpful and friendly, especially the Beefeater staff. They go the extra mile to make sure you have value for money on top of an enjoyable, tasty meal.
The exterior of the buildings are in need of a but of tlc which does slightly detract from the appeal of the place. It's ideally placed however for lots of places of interest.

With Premier Inn, you know what to expect. A budget range room with the necessary facilities. That's what we got in a recent one night stay. The room was very clean and tidy with a very comfy bed. My only complaint would be a wonky toilet seat. A possible hazard for anyone frail (hence the 4, not 5 score). Also, the tea bags supplied are not to my taste. I think they are very weak, but that's personal choice. The staff we met were all helpful, friendly and cheerful. I would be happy to stay here again.

A small hotel with a view to die for its small and intimate staff always have time to give advice or directions when going out and about.they are all a credit to the Premier Inn chain.

Absolutely awful . Not worth 160 quid a night at all . Appalling service from reception team and restraunt apart from the young handsome man who worked hard Saturday night in the restraunt and again first thing at breakfast . Never would i stay there again . Worst hotel for the price i have ever stayed at and i will write this on TripAdvisor too so other people dont get ripped off like we did .!!!!

Brilliant for a few days walking. Nice rooms, good staff, great breakfast all in a good location and at a reasonable price.

Best thing about the Premier Inn and the beefeater were the staff, very attentive and friendly and the rooms and food were excellent. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Nice staff, quiet location.
But when anyone closes a door you not only hear it, you feel it. Awful
