Stayed only fir one night. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee for self-service in room. Unfortunately no biscuits for a quick snack in the morning. Did not order breakfast, as we were leaving early.
Near the hotel is a restaurant called Beefeater. Nice food on offer and cool drinks.

Saw some comments about hot rooms but checked the weather forecast before booking and thought 22c day/12c night would be fine. Oh my word it wasn't. Opening the door to the room was like opening an oven - the windows only opened a tiny crack and there was no aircon. We slept really badly. This is obviously a known/often mentioned issue as they hadn't even put the duvet on the bed, just a light sheet, and the fan in the room only moved the hot air around. If the windows opened a little further this would greatly help the situation as it was a really cool evening but I wouldn't stay here again in any weather above 15c. Shame as the staff were lovely and food was great.

Been coming here regularly from six months now for work. I have always received excellent customer service by The manager On shift Called Sonya.
always a pleasure to see at desk when entering.
she always delivers excellent customer service and deals with any problems or issues we have straight away!

I have always booked premier in Woking West since then and so have my colleagues.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

pleasant surroundings and comfortable room with all amenities. The beefeater restaurant good but sorry say my meal was not enough food considering how much it costs.

Great bed. Clean room, shower head could use a clean. Good food selection, it's a Beefeater afterall. However, the first night the meat was very dry, although asked for medium rare. Next morning the bacon was also very crispy. Second night was much better, probably a different chef. Great location, near a canal. Because of a nearby school the car park is very busy because of the parents dropping or picking the kids.

Easy to get to, but tucked away location, so you will get a quiet nights sleep. Beefeater Restaurant on site, with a Morrisons supermarket and petrol station located very close by so great of you're staying in the area for an event or work like I was. Lovely staff and great room. Would recommend and will use again.

My room was large and clean but the 5* rating is for the customer service. After checking out at 8am I found my car tire was completely flat, the RAC were at least three hours wait and as a single female traveller I went back to reception and asked for help. They checked me back in, gave me local advice and made sure I was safe. I simply cannot fault the professionalism, so thank you Sarah for all your help

This has to be one of the best Prem inns my daughter and I have stayed at. Peaceful and a brilliant sleep. Enough free parking and the breakfast the next day was also the best and we have been to a lot of Prem inns. I think chef was Rav and he cooked our breakfast perfect.
