Reasonable for the price, room was clean, cheap, didn't have the free breakfast as was continental.
Problems with the room booking but did eventually get there.
Would prefer room service not to be knocking on the door at 9am though.

Poor service. Staff very very rude. Rooms are very dirty. Bed is yellow and bed sheets are not clean. TV does not work. I had cockroaches in my room. No room service to clean the room or take any rubbish out of the room. Staff take a £50 holding deposit and take ages to refund it to you. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worst experience of my life and I’m very very disappointed by this experience!

Very good host Houssem. We've been there 2 weeks ago, staff is so kind and warm. Would recommend everyone. Room was clean and tidy and so the kitchen. Greetings from Croatia to Houssem and Imran from Bruno,Barbara,Mihael and Ines :)

When we arrived at the reception, they told us that our room was apparently canceled by me a few days ago. They didn't want to show us the mail that I have apparently written, they didn't want to send a copy of it to me or print it out for me. No free rooms were available, so they offered us to purchase new rooms at a different location, but at the current price. Absolutely horrible experience, I can not recommend this place at all.

I was in there last 28 and 29 August 2022. it was not bad as a price, breakfast was eposit policy is very bad, two week over, still i did not get
back my deposit.

Worst "Hotel" I've ever been. The room smelled like someone had died in it, The service was terrible. Very very very unpleasant experience. It wasn't even cheap.
Run from it

When we arrived in the evening, after a whole day’s of traveling, our room was not even ready. We were sent to another hotel, and back the next morning, where we had to wait to check in again. (And there for spending a whole morning on going back and forth. Losing time for our vacation.) not even a sorry or explanation.

So when we returned the next day, we did not get the room we ordered. We had to share a bathroom, with way to many people. The bathroom was always wet and cold. We had to walk outside to get to the bathroom, it was in the middle of a yard, and had no privacy. The window could not close, and you could hear everything… Very awkward.
The bed was fine, but we couldn’t sleep in it, because of how paper thin the walls were. (In the next room was 2 people and 3 kids. They were jumping around and screaming until 2 at night.)
People live here, and are rude, seems annoyed of us, and gave us bad looks.
Very bad experience. Do not stay.

This only hotel in uk ask security deposit 🤣🤣 said can be refund are they running out my money? is it for cashflow? god's know
