Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

A little basic in terms of facilities in the rooms but it was comfortable enough for a stop over. The food was nice and quickly prepared but it was the staff that really made the 4 stars. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, even coming to find me when the room was ready as I arrived early.

Mixed review - the room was a good size with no issues, the shower had decent water pressure. The small things that make a hotel special were missing though- from the biscuits on the tea tray (cheap/basic) to the young staff on the front desk being quite blunt and awkward to talk to. All in all an ok experience but nothing nothing write home about.

Beautiful hotel, good bar space. Great sized room, we had a family room and it had a massive bunk bed in it, which I slept in as the kid didn't have a choice 🤣. Highly recommended staying there if like I was heading to the Airport in the morning. Beautiful

A lovely hotel.. clean and tidy. No hot drinks available. Apart from in the room. 4 mini milks for 2 of us :( My advice.. get there early or you may not get a parking space! This hotel takes long term parkers to use while people are on holiday.

Manager Zaida and reception staff are amazing! Was given the wrong room but checked in so late after a wedding nothing could be done but this was rectified the following morning after breakfast and we were given the option to have money refunded back or a free night which we loved as was half term!

Would stay again, loved the pool and steam room also.

I was on a day trip in London with my parents and sister and I would say Sandman you were just so superb! The decor of the hotel was really comfortable and nice and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I was really surprised by the quality of the room they gave us; there were coffee and tea maker, a fridge but more surprisely they even have a microwave, an iron board and a fan! You cannot find any hotel that provide you with these bit and pieces. It made you feel like you were in your home! The water was hot to have a nice shower, especially after the icy day! Overall, we did have a comfortable rest and stayed and we definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has a big family.

We only had a short stay before our flight to Paris, but were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. As we had got a really good deal with APH, we expected a really budget hotel. We were met with a warm arrival, very welcoming lobby and gorgeous room. The only downside was having to pay £10 for overnight parking.

Lovely hotel, spacious comfortable room, having a fridge and microwave are also a plus! However the bad things I noticed are the bath doesn’t drain the water properly and takes too long, the breakfast was also bad as it was really salty and not good I’m afraid! However lovely staff as well!
