Courteous and helpful staff. We stayed here about 1 week. Unfortunately 1 piece of luggage did not arrive in London Heathrow and had to be sent to the hotel. The luggage was later delivered to the hotel and unfortunately we were not informed that it had already been available at reception for 2 days. Would be good in future to bring it to the hotel room or leave a note informing tto pick up.
Luckily, everything went well and we saw the luggage in the luggage room and that's how we got to the luggage. Price-performance ratio was good.

Premier Inn is located nicely, very close to Woking's big mall with many cozy cafés, street food, shops and squares.
The inn itself presents a decent room in quiet surroundings. Don't expect luxury though, since there are no toiletries, slippers, fridge etc. Anything but towels, glasses and bed sheets you have to bring yourself.
The staff is friendly enough, but ineffective. It took a long time to get checked in, which is quite annoying, when you arrive late. Beside that, it didn't seem like they could handle breakfast when the place was even remotely full. Breakfast was average and they didn't have everything it said on the menu. Compared to what we paid for I'd say, go downtown and get it better, more authentic and cheaper.
Great place for a day or two, but if you're looking for more, look elsewhere.

A sad Premier Inn, that’s dated and in need of upgrading with staff that really don’t care.
I was particularly frustrated with the quality of customer service. The bar did not sell bottled water so I had to use the vending machine in reception, it took my cash, but did not dispense the water and would not return the money.
The reception staff simply said they couldn’t do anything and denied responsibility as it’s not their machine, despite that fact it’s positioned in their hotel.
I had booked 7 rooms that night but will use another hotel for our November meeting.

As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.

Perfect location for a trip to the office nearby. Bed comfy, hot water with a good pressure for a shower, room clean, and great breakfast for £9.50 all you can eat. Only downside was the reception staff, I was totally ignored by 2 members of staff who were talking in the restaurant when I was trying to check in (the self serve check in stations were both broken) The same staff were also there when I asked for a iced pint of tap water to take to my room where I was simply told "We don't have any pint glasses" The biggest glass you have then please was my reply!

UPDATE: Another visit with different staff has made a massive change, the greeting on checking in was perfect, she couldn't have been more helpful or polite. Also, when I explained I hadn't received a receipt from the previous stay, she rectified it within minutes 😀

Stayed for an overnight stay for work. The room was clean but is seriously outdated also very loud. If it isn’t the noise from people slamming doors, the room that I stayed in room 912 was next to the laundry as all I could hear was running and water machines running and loud bangs, not something you need when you need to get up early for the train the next morning.

also after a long day in London it wasn’t helpful. There was no restaurant and the wine choice was like vinegar wouldn’t stay again if I can help it

Not a great stay at this premier Inn due to service. Bed had a dip in it - unusual for Premier Inn. Only one set of towels, asked for more and were given a cot blanket! No restaurant service in evening due to no chef. We asked for the room to be serviced on the second day but it wasn't. :-(

Incredible value. Staff friendly and breakfast options very good. Location is 3 mins walk from town centre, 5-10 from station.
