Stayed for 2 nights on the top floor, staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean. Other guests were very loud after pubs closing which wasn’t great and the room was hotter than the sun, a fan was supplied but it is hard to get ready for a wedding in such high temperatures. It was cheap though.

Went there as a family of 13, 7 adults 6 grandchildren, rooms were perfect, bed set outs were exactly what we needed, nice and quiet. Everyone slept soundly. Ample parking, great location to alton towers, and plenty of eating places nearby. Staff were exemplary and cheerful.

We had a dreadful night at this hotel. The room temperature did not get less than 28 degress even though it was only 17 degrees outside. There is no air conditioning and the fans provided were inadequate. Do not stay here in the summer months and check carefully which hotels have air con before booking.

Great overnight stop, quiet room, comfy big bed, hot shower…good pub next door and typically great all you can eat premier inn breakfast. Easy to see why I stay here all the time while travelling uk and down the country.

Not that experienced when it comes to staying in many hotels though here goes. This hotel looked like one that has been well worn, well used, especially by workers staying over the night. Just a comftable place to stay the night or 2 when you're working in the area. Nothing special other than the rediculous price of bottled water. £2.60 for 500ml...

Stayed here a few times in the last year, rooms are always clean, staff are great and the food here was nice. Couldn't connect to the free WiFi so the nice chap at the desk gave me a code for the super fast WiFi which normally cost 5 pound. Will definitely return when visiting.
