Dreadful hotel, didn't even get to stay there. They cancelled our room as we were driving to them on the day and sold it to someone else. Probably a walk in who paid more! I had booked my room in feb'22 and even spoke to the hotel the day before to confirm it was all ok still and asked about parking, all was fine and they said "see you tomorrow"......on the day received a email to say room was cancelled. No phone call nothing. I called up and spent over 30minutes trying to find out why and why they didnt contact me and get my room back. They resold my room, then didn't have another room for me, then told me they had a sister hotel that did have a room for £460.00...my room was £139.60......poor communication, very poor customer service. They didn't give a monkeys that i was now in London room less.

Horrible! I have once, aged 20, stayed in hostel in Manhattan having a bed only half as terrible aa this. The entrance ans people greeting before reception ist Like five stars. Reception is not so friendly. Worse: she tried to Put me in a different building's basement and called it an upgrade. After refusing, the supervisor gave me room where the single bed's mattress hast the flexibility of a hammock. 170£/night! Two lights are not working. The overall look and feel or room and floor is YMCA in poor condition. Inacceptable!

For a four star hotel, everything is poor. Bed is old & waisted, the third bed is a camping bed. Can't open the windows because or they are blocked or you look at the constructions. Absolutely not recommendable

would rate it with 0 stars, but not available here…
First the check-in appointed a single room (instead of the payed double room), after our complaint they gave us a new room and told us it would be an upgrade, actually it was a double room in the basememt with no daylight!
Breakfast buffet was not restocked again when something was missing, only a small choice of food available.
In our opinion staff was rude and unfriendly.

Very tiny room and it's not mentioned that you will be getting a tiny bed. Do you a favor to read reviews before booking in with them

I was so confused when I saw the bad reviews as the price was good for the area, yet I decided to risk it and book, 1st the hotel is clean, 2nd the staff are great, polite and helpful, 3rd the location was great for the value of money, the room was tiny yes, yet you can get a bigger room with more money so its all about what you want, loved the place and would stay there again if am back to london soon

I booked in for this hotel to have a one night stay and I left immediately as soon as I saw the room. It was so out dated and gave Olden day vibes was nothing like pictured on booking.com. The staff were really friendly, but please don’t come here and expect to get what you see in the pictures because it’s far from that. It was the most basic, dull , old room I’ve ever been in and for the price like I said I didn’t even get as far as putting my bags down. The hotel gave me a refund and I left.

Really worth every single penny. Rooms were large and spacious. The service was also efficient. The hotel is in a convenient location with transport lines all within 5mins. Value for money!
