The room was good for the price although needed some decor attention. The extractor fan in shower was broken so room had a damp smell (LG05) entrance door to room was hard to shut. Smell cleared up when room was aired and overall was a pleasant stay..staff were amazingly patient...

Room smelt of Urine, Awful noise all night from car park , youngsters coming back from pubs and clubs. Beds like trampolines ,.my wife turned over and I bounced! Breakfast reasonable price and O.k. Shower was good . Tea and coffee facilities but no spoon.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms and so unable to preserve fruits. Also, the TV is poor, could not listen to news because they are not subscribed to. Cleanliness is good, staff good too and helpful.

Ok, but avoid the breakfast! Room was clean, bathroom very tired and could use a refurb. Bed was comfortable but a very noisy hotel during the night, doors banging shut and people talking. Breakfast was inconsistent, nothing ready at the same time, and you’ll find it a rush once a fresh items are served up to the counter! Staff friendly and helpful.

We had an accessible twin room. It was very tired. It needs painting but at the very least just cleaning. The floor was strewn with crumbs and fluff. The mattresses were so thin, you could feel every spring.
The price paid was Premier Inn equivalent and the hotel was not Premier Inn equivalent.
It is a good location in Wolverhampton though, with parking at a reasonable rate.

Price was reasonable for a 1 night stay. Although upon arrival I found there were hairs on the sheets. We were allocated a different room which was greatful. Beds were comfy. Not a lot of storage for 2 people. Was given a complimentary breakfast which I though was a good gesture . Went down for breakfast at 7.40 , The bacon was hard, The sausages were very light in colour. Bit there was a good selection of other ie Toast (fresh bread) Cereals and fresh milk. Overall was ok I would stay here again.

I've seen reviews here that people were unhappy with their rooms. I can see their point... But I stayed here for a night out drinking... Bed feels like the most comfy cloud when you've had a few. Walking distance from bars. What more do you expect? Personally really liked it. I'd come back.

The room is filthy, the staff was rude and the shower handle was broken. I paid £70 for my room and I regret it!! I have been in nicer hotels with cheaper prices.
