Problems with the system upon checking in. No air conditioning in the rooms so was rather too warm. Had to keep the windows shut due to outdoor noise.

Windows were great soundproofing.

Breakfast place was shut and we weren’t informed, had to go round searching for a member of staff to find out what was going on as reception was unmanned.

Beds were comfortable.

We arrived to find the Inn was closed due to a power failure. Poor Josh the manager worked hard to find everyone alternative accommodation. A few days later we were back, under generator power Josh and his team did a wonderful job of making our stay there enjoyable.

The Worst Premier Inn, infact the worst place, I have stayed!!!!!!
I was booked on a 2 day business trip, breakfast included at £9.50!!
Arrived, been a powrcut, noisy generator, no food, no breakfast!!
I had to drive 5 miles for food, and you have to keep doing u-turns to get back to hotel.
No aircon, rooms boiling, wi-fi not working, EE no signal, 17" tv in 2022 too far to see without eyes hurting, Fradlwy arms disgusting,, beer garden grass yellow, car park bushes attack you when getting out, need trimmed, only chain on door for security and old fashioned key, not safe in my eyes.
Towels and bed still not touched feom day before.
£150 for 2 nights, priced the same as other premier inn, which have food 40" tv etc, save your time stay at Lichfield center or Rudgly!!!

Shocking place , needs a complete revamp!!!!'

Staff pleasant, but embarrassed themself.

Needs attention and quickly. Fradley Arms is a very poor place to have a meal or spend your evening. Despartly needs experience staff and a chef who know how to cook and present a quality meal. If you want a meal at a venue with less than half the available menu but you are charged for the complete meal you don't receive book a table now! If you want a good night out don't stop here. I complained to the owners Green King who replied with a polite email saying they will investigate but two weeks later they haven't been back with any answers.

The pub attached was shut down so there were no amenities nearby. The rooms are significantly tired, the whole building smells like a 90s primary school. The staff were brilliant and attentive, but there's little they can do about the building. All in all, it felt very depressing...

A very run down looking hotel.wasnt welcoming from the outside...overgrown weeds.the pub has also shut down so food was not available. The rooms were tidy.some of the lights kept going on and off.very time bath.on the plus side friendly receptionist

One of the oldest Premier Inn rooms I've stayed in, but clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the attached pub/restaurant has closed, and the location means there is nothing nearby as an alternative. It was expensive, too.

Have a lovely stay here for 2 days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus to my surprise I received a bottle of Prosecco and a box of maltesers ❤. I would definitely recommend.
