Staff were very helpful and welcoming and Hotel was clean and tidy. The free car parking was handy and so was the Tesco express directly over the road. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the Hotel was in a weird location and there wasn't a great deal in the immediate vicinity that made you want to walk or drive to in order to break your night up. I say weird location because the accomodation was literally in the car park of a Tesco, Subway and Bird's Bakery with a housing estate on one side and a sizeable retail park including B&Q and Aldi next door. Odd place for a Hotel.

Clean, comfortable, great staff. Tesco express, subway and bakery opposite. Near an ALDI and not far from McDonalds. Plenty of free parking.

Noisy room all, no 101, due to proximity to adjacent equipment room fans running intermittently all night. Bathtub is very slippery.

Room very clean and spacious. The young lady on reception very helpful. As I was walking my parents to their room and both very unsteady on their feet, she carried their bags down for me. It was very much appreciated and she deserves mentioning. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. My parents said they slept well and they both enjoyed their breakfast boxes.

Score based on price. For so cheap the rooms are more than satisfactory. The only basic requirement issue being no plug sockets next to bed which I think should be expected at any hotel.

Room had obviously been abused. the tv was broken, the cover for the hinge of the door off. Also the bed light didnt work all that did was flicker like mental like a strobe light. Terrible stay would avoid completely. Couldnt stay in that room and had to leave. Couldnt even get a refund. Go to a premier in.

I have stayed at this travelodge on and off since 2020, Had some amazing memories here and I am keeping my fingers crossed to make more Location is perfectly situated and is right next to an amazing carvery Room is standard and as expected from a Travelodge, Rooms have always been clean and I can't complain expect pillows bit outdated

Room had marks on wall as if someone had opened a fizzy drink and sprayed it need thicker and better liners for bins
