Really poor breakfast. Very limited choice and the few items they have (all the usual british ones and nothing for Europeans really) are disgusting. The door of the bath won't close and it just doesn't feel much different from a three star cheaper hotel. Had to pay extra for parking. All of this for 115 per night

This hotel is just average. Nothing fancy to it.

The lobby is clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly and prompt in checking us in.

We booked a Superior Room but there was nothing Superior about it.

The bed and furnishings are of insignificant quality.

The breakfast wasn't anything that I could brag about... the orange juice was flavorless and the coffee tasted awful.

Stayed for two nights. An item of mine went missing after the first night when I got back to my room, which had been cleaned, after work. I raised this to several members of staff immediately and before/after I checked out- they didn't seem to care and said they would inform the Hotel Manager. A week has passed and nothing.. absolutely shocking customer experience.

The room had a separate toilet,no wash basin.
They had very small amount of coffee and tea sachets.
Bathroom had only 2 item shower gel and shampoo.
The traffic noise was horrendous and could not get any sleep.
Location was not near the Ipswich quayside, walking distance 15 minutes.
Will not recommend this,very overrated.

Stayed at this hotel in August. When we checked in we paid £7 for parking (directly outside the hotel) and entered my registration number into their screen.

2 Weeks later I have received a £100 parking fine which I now have to appeal.

Could be an expensive night away!

Nice hotel with nice rooms and great breakfast but..I felt like I was at a racetrack as its in the middle of town and the windows are paper thin, you have to pay £7 for parking your car which is a joke and the pillows in the room were so lumpy that myself and my friends that stayed here all woke up with bad necks.

I stayed on 31st September.
The receptionist didn’t make eye contact on check in, over charged me as my secretary had included parking in the booking but she charged me anyway. Too inept to manage a refund or service recovery.
Bar staff was too busy being officious and belittling the waiting staff to be in anyway welcoming or sociable.
Even after the parking fiasco, here I am one week later with a parking ticket from the hotel car park for £100 (reduced to £60 if paid in a week) so I call the hotel and reception are so used to these queries they took the ticket number and overturned it. I assume this means they must have sent the ticket too.

Ask yourself do you really want to give your money to a company who thinks these behaviours are good in a hotel?

Was going to book for a week at Christmas to visit family but the hotel is now closed to the public. Only open to tax-funded government 'GUESTS' to Great Britain. So disappointed. Will never stay at any Accord hotels again.
