I spent 3 nights here travelling for business. The staff are exceptional from the managers to the waiters. The food, especially if you are gluten free is out of this world and they can't do enough to accommodate. Many of the dishes were made naturally gluten free which was a lovely surprise. The peace and tranquility in the gardens is second to non and very serene.
Room 11 is small and would welcome a large single bed rather than the double to give it a bit more space. That been said the hotel was so beautiful who be wants to stay in the bedroom!
I don't really want to leave.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was excellent, spotless and the bed was very comfy!
Breakfast was very tasty and there was a good choice.

Everything from arrival to departure was 1st class. Luxurious rooms, excellent menu and 1st class food. Efficient and friendly staff, special mention to Amanda in housekeeping, Claire on reception, Michael the barman, manager Kevin. We have booked to go back in a few months time for a weekend break and all ready looking forward to it. A really lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds.

Excellent country house hotel set within beautiful grounds. Stunning approach on arrival and it did not dissapoint inside. Gorgeous room (No. 23) and very spacious modern bathroom. Restaurant service was excellent and one of the best dining experiences we've had. DB & B is a must. Kevin and the team thank you for a fantastic weekend. We will be back 🙏

This was a real find. Tucked away in the trees on the outskirts of Scarborough what a little gem. Beautiful hotel in what was once a stately home. Room was very nice, service was great and the food amazing. Sitting on the terrace in the sunshine with a gin and tonic was just what the soul needed. Then there was the price. Only 25 pounds more than the Premier inn. Its a no brainer for me. This hotel knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be going again and you should try it too.

Excellent service by friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom immaculate. Food excellent. Limited views of the surrounding countryside. VAT is charged on everything, plus £10 per day for car parking may be charged. The peace and tranquility may be jeopardised when the proposed new development commences.

Stayed for 2 nights recently Excellent location. Friendly and professional staff.First class food. Room 2 comfortable and well appointed but no hooks to hang dressing gown and another shelf in bathroom would be handy to put towels on as the heated towel rail could only have one towel.A very nice stay and will return

Just spent 2 glorious night's at this beautiful hotel. I would 100% recommend. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. Will definitely be returning
